I read the description over and over, I went through the specs and detailed info with a fine tooth comb, and everything written on the page, along with the product photo itself said:
FOUR, (4) microphones:
- 2 hand held,
- 2 lapel mics,
...and
TWO (2) receivers.
That's what I paid for, that's NOT what I got.
I got ONE (1) receiver,
and TWO (2) lapel mics.
"No handheld wireless mics for you!"
I bought this item in plenty of time to have it shipped for use during a big scheduled event.
There was NOT plenty of time to have it shipped BACK and replaced with the correct items.
I wear multiple hats on the job, I oversee many different departments.
Buying this junk is a tiny little part of my day.
I needed it to be RIGHT, first time.
I got through the event, and it went great.
That is, it went great IN SPITE of Best Buy.
Fail.
Big fail.
Not buying here again.
