Hands down, the best earbuds out there. Sound is exceptional. Really love that you can use just one, which I do for safety when I'm walking. Battery life is exceptional, going days in between charges, especially if you do only use one at a time. Noise canceling or noise reduction, whatever your brand calls it, is exceptional. And if you're like me and you lose one, you buy a backup pair and lose one of the backup pair, you can make these separate ones work together. The app is extremely user friendly and gives you a lot of control. They are all around the best out there, including pretty much every incarnation Samsung earbuds has had after them. I'm extraordinarily sad I cannot find any more of these, even refurbished.

I bought these during a sale that brought them down to about half the cost of a pair of Apple AirPods. At or around this price, this is a great value, but also a gamble (the same gamble there is buying anything used.) I specifically bought the white Galaxy Buds+ because the product description gave me the feeling that this particular product number was refurbished by Samsung themselves. I've no clue if that ended up being the case or not, but the package did come missing one set of silicone tips and one set of wings. Thankfully, these are replaceable and inexpensive parts. I did not need these missing parts, personally. The interior compartment containing the aforementioned parts and the charging cable were clearly used by the previous owner. Other than that, the unit I received was in pretty great condition, with no other real signs that it had been used much. Nothing visually needed it, but sanitizing is pretty easy using a microfiber cloth and a dab of isopropyl alcohol. As for the product itself, I was actually a touch disappointed in the sound quality out of the box. It isn't bad, but it only compares to the first-generation Apple AirPods -- and it compares unfavorably to my ears. I suppose I was expecting the huge advantage of a sealed IEM over an open pair of earbuds, but the benefit just doesn't seem to present itself much in terms of sound quality. Again, it isn't bad at all, just not as good as I was expecting (especially considering the MSRP.) Ultimately, I was able to achieve a pleasurable (but still not great) sound using the Samsung Galaxy Buds app on iOS. This app includes a digital user's manual, Ambient Sound mode (which uses the microphones to pipe in ambient sound,) a simple preset equalizer, and a few touch control customization options. The "Dynamic" preset is what I chose. You have 6 options; hopefully one works for you. Finally, the app allows you to disable touch controls entirely. I mention this because they are quite finicky, and hard to avoid when inserting or removing from my ears. I almost always input a command or two when I don't intend to. This boils down to a choice: do I want to be able to easily skip tracks, or do I want to not accidentally push "Play/Pause" almost every time I take these Buds out or otherwise come in physical contact with them? The rest is all great news: the battery life is industry-leading at 11 hours, with a quick-charging case that will give you another 11 hours for an estimated 22 total hours between charges of the case. The case charges via USB-C or wirelessly. It is similarly compact in dimensions as is the Apple AirPods Pro. I was able to achieve a comfortable fit in the ears, and had an easy time acclimating myself to the process of inserting and removing the Buds in their charging case. I've had no issues with playback within a reasonable range (no more than 20 feet away with a few walls in between is about the best I can do to test it!) All things considered, these were a great value at the price I paid, maybe not quite so much so at MSRP.

Great quality for the price. They were just like new. Like the fact that you don't have to plug a jack in every time you want to use them. The battery life seems to last a long time between charges. Both music and phone call quality and clarity are excellent. Volume could be a touch louder at full volume but totally adequate.

They aren’t bad I’d give 4.0/5.0 stars the sound is decent the wireless is pretty neat and the battery is awesome just wish I had bought them new instead of used but still good either way if u want good battery and sound here ya go for a decent 130-150 true wireless earbuds super comfy and u won’t even notice they are on

Deffinitely an upgrade from the last gen in both sound and battery life. Samsung still needs to work on adding a better waterproof rating and active noise canceling though.

I already own a set of these but in black. Bought them as a gift for my mother. We both love our buds and using them daily. Samsung quality is always top notch. They're light and fit perfect into your ears. Sounds is great and can be adjusted furthermore through the app. Best part if battery life. Up to 11 hours plus another charge on case. Sometimes I use one at the time so that's 40 plus hours of music without needing to change again. Great product.

I recieved these in Feburary 21’ and the right bud is now out . However in 11 months ive got a lot of usage out of them with great sound quality and AMAZING battery life, way longer than my airpods, the longest I went was 10 hours until they died of consistent usage . This is a great price but just know its a refurbished/used product so it wont have a long life but it’s amazing while it lasts !

It was refurbished and looked new. Have been using them for almost a year and no issues. Sound quality is good and are comfortable but could definitely use a little more on the low end sound wise.

Great earbuds. Had the JBL 300TWS and these blow those in-ear headphones away. First you can use either left or right bud independently of each other. Controls are on both the right and left buds and can control vol +/-, ambient noise, call answer, call end, skip forward and skip back. Touch controls are very responsive and the price was amazing at $59.99 for the refurbished white buds. Have not experienced any problems from these buds +. Love them.

First, cute color options. Second it comes with not only different bud sizes there are other size options for around the bud that holds it in place. It’s comfortable. It does well to cancel out noise. It has ambient noise which is accessed through the app. So that means if you want to be able to hear your own voice you can adjust it. It’s a solid earbud. Definitely use the galaxy app with it. Works fine with my iPhone 11

Sound fairly good not great. Good that the usa version allow adjustments from the samsung wearables app. Best thing about it is the 11 hour battery life. Got it refurbished at a decent price!

Very good, great sound, last a long time before needing to be charged. If there is a negative, it's with both in my ears I can't hear much else.

Samsung Galaxy Buds+True wireless has good sound quality and battery life of about 6 hours. I enjoy using it so far

Love the earbuds for sound quality, battery and comfort.

Although the Samsung Galaxy Buds have been upgraded several times over the past four years, I always went back to the Buds+ because even though they're one of the oldest models, they still have a MUCH longer battery life than all the versions that came after it. It wasn't my intention to buy a "refurbished" set, but it was the only white pair Best Buy offered on their website because whenever I accidentally dropped one of my older black ones in the car at night, I could never find it -- even with a flashlight, so I'd always had to wait until morning to retrieve it. These white ones are EASY to find in the dark, so my clumsiness no longer frustrates me. And although the refurbished ones were much less expensive, they didn't show ANY signs of wear and tear, and were as polished and clean as a brand new pair. The only thing missing was a single silicone wing tip, but I never missed it.

I love these, had them for about a month now, Don't have to worry about charging them every 4 hours. These last forever. They are also comfortable in the ears.

Happy with this purchase. Sound quality is OK but not PAR.. need improvement on BASS effect
