I bought this from the store after having an associate tell me that it would work to convert my video file to a disc. I had told him the age and type of video camera I had. This was recommended and so I bought it without looking at reviews. I was unable to make it work. I then started looking online to see if I could get any help and came across other poor reviews on this product. Best I could tell I would have to purchase more of their products to get my video file converted.

GOOD PROGRAM FOR EASY USE IN COPING CERTAIN PROGRAM AND BACKUPS

Nero misleds on the package that it will burn img files to DVD/Blueray/CD. What is not mentioned is that you must buy the Nero Video software to do this feat. I got burned for $29.99 and some change.

And basic being the operative word, will let you burn video but only in certain formats, if you get lucky enough like I did you can upgrade to the premium version for half of its cost on line.

this product works great with windows 10 for being out of date but no issue burns movies and cd really good quality.

The program works ok... it was not clearly advertised that it was only part of the full program... and you have to buy the advanced parts to have it all...

i spent 27.00 on this i think .. not sure of the exact price cuz i had a 5.00 coupon .. i never had problem with nero on my Win 7 computer ...........this "claims" to work with Windows 10 ... well it dont .. i tried to install it and the upgrade center was freezing and i tried compability mode that didnt work either .. i called Geek squad cuz this a new computer ... i downloaded from Nero's website their 2017 platinum software (another 50 some odd bucks) and the tech at hte Geek Squad uninstalled and installed the new one ... he worked for quite some time to get this running . and if that isnjt bad enough i open the 2017 version and i clicked on a media icon and it starts downloading all my graphics into the software (mind you i have tens of thousands on my computer on backup drives and i did NOT want it to do it) ... so i started to delete them well they didnt delete from the software itself .. without warning it aLso deleted them from my external drives .....i am NOT happy and you cant contact anyone at Nero there is an option to send an email and when you do it goes to an error page ... they are in Germany and im soooooooooo annoyed and now Best Buy wont take back this original Software since i opened it...............well it didnt work with Windows 10 as the product information claimed !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have purchased this product and I love it very much it looks so great I would definitely recommend this product to other people are use for regular CD burning it works out great.

I needed the software for a project and the software wasn't right for that but has been great for many others I'm thinking about buying the upgrade.

Not what I thought it was buying. Ended up to be more of a ad from selling updates add-ons. Wasn't worth a dime to me

I need it to burn dvds and cds from the computer .I do a lot of coping programs and the unit only has one place to put the disc so that is why I got this to copy to the other disc.

Didn't buy correct software for what I needed to do. Had to get different software. If works well for burning.

There is another well-known copy program out there which has caused me problems. This one does what it should, and does it right.

Software is a good value for money, Features are excellent

I've had Nero products in the past and this version did what I needed it to do for windows 10 that the old versions could not.

Does what it is supposed to do. They do offer a more advanced product, but this does the basics.

If my 89 year old dad can burn cd's and dvd's, then anybody can do it. And it makes him happy and active....

Had to exchange it since my computer was not compatable to it.

Does the job and fair product for the price.- Not the greatest but not the worst

Im in love with music. I can make juke box cds with 10 cds in one.
