This speaker sounds great, I loved it. Until I got new wifi, I went to switch the wifi on my nest and it wouldn't let me connect to a different wifi so I thought maybe if I just factory reset it, I could just set it back up. Well now it can't find it. I have plugged and unplugged it many times and nothing, it doesn't even play the chime anymore, just the 4 dots in a loading sequence. I uninstalled the home app and re-downloaded it, nothing. I tried using my tablet instead of my phone, nothing. I don't know what to do, I just wanted to listen to music. I tried calling google, I couldn't reach anyone. And I looked on their nest help website, and nothing has worked. There goes 100 bucks
Hi MrDontPlay305, thanks for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the sound quality for your Nest Audio didn't quite meet your expectations.
If you haven't tried yet, you can change the audio settings of your Nest Audio in the Google Home app. To adjust bass and treble level: - Make sure your mobile device or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi or linked to the same account as your Nest Audio. - Open the Google Home app. - Tap the device you want to adjust > and then Settings > and then Audio and then Equalizer. - Adjust Bass and Treble level.

Item has several unappreciated features. The volume is extremely minimal. You cant suggest your own music without a subscription allowing lots of advertisements.
Hey there, WillyeH. Sorry the Nest Audio wasn’t quite what you expected — you do get a number of helpful features with the device including the following:
Traffic: Ask for traffic and travel times when you drive, walk or bike. Make calls: Call friends, family, and businesses using just your voice. Timer: Set and manage a timer for cooking, game time, laundry, and even sleep. Alarms: Never run late or miss a flight or meeting. You can set and manage alarms with just your voice.

For a device advertised as a speaker the sound was kind of ok. For a google speaker that's supposed to sync up with other speakers and sound great it was really bad. I returned it. It did sound better than the Google mini though.

Terrible product support. Google will not fix the speakers they broke with software they broke. Do not recommend. Don't recommend anything Google. Speakers don't follow commands even with gemini. Hot or miss. Awful product awful company
Hey there, ChrisH. We’re sorry to see you’re running into issues with the voice assistant on the Nest Audio — we get how frustrating that can be. A quick reset helps solve several problems — here’s how to do it:
1. Make sure your mobile device or tablet is linked to the same account as your speaker or display. 2. Open the Google Home app. 3. Tap Home > All devices, then touch and hold your device's tile. 4. Tap Settings > More > Reboot.
