Great Device! It helps me out at home a lot! I am not sure what I would do without this now

This is a significant improvement over the original Google Home we were using until we picked this up for half off. Well worth it at that cost. Sounds way better than it should for what it is.
Hi, thanks for posting a review. We apologize that Nest Audio didn’t have an external connection for auxiliary, as the device only works wirelessly.
If you haven’t yet, you can try to play music that's stored on your mobile device (phone or tablet) or computer on your Google Nest or Home speaker or display using Bluetooth. This includes music downloaded from iTunes, Audible, Apple Music, and personal playlists. You can visit this page for the step by step instructions: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7381505
Hi HappyShopper, thanks for the feedback to let us know of your issue with the Nest Audio, and we’re sorry to learn that sound quality isn’t enough for you.
If you haven’t yet, adjusting the volume of your Nest Audio may improve your experience. You can control the volume by voice, by touch, or from the Google Home App. Check this link to learn more: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7072489
You can also change the audio settings of your Nest speaker in the Google Home app. Here’s how to adjust bass and treble level: - Make sure your mobile device or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi or linked to the same account as your Nest Audio. - Open the Google Home app. - Tap the device you want to adjust, select Settings, select Audio, then select Equalizer. - Adjust Bass and Treble level.
