Much better than first generation. The sound quality, microphone and overall performance is vastly improved. So glad I upgraded during the black Friday sale.

Great to have the ability to control all our smart home features with this. Google assistant response has been much better than Alexa in my experience so far.

I really don't have a review so far yet I do like the fact that it's louder than the one on my phone and I prefer Google over android I'm sorry not android but Siri any day

Can never have enough of these. I can control all my lights, tv's and thermostat. I can even ask Google to remote start my Jeep.

Pretty handy little gadget. I use it frequently and most of the time it works.

I love this nest mini. I have it mounted under the cabinet in my kitchen. It is both where I need it and out of the way. The charcoal is very attractive.

Google nest min works well woth the other google nest mini we bought a few year s back. This one is so my mother wont have to get up to turn out a light!

Cool little donut shaped technology. The sound is not the best, but beats the first gen. If not a primary speaker, it will work well for the application.

It can easily be hidden behind something, so not an eyesore. She's not always the smartest girl in the room, but her Daddy owns the world so she'll be ok.

This is perfect in any room but I have it in the bathroom! Great for music in the morning andI save battery usage on my phone!

Better sound than original. Can be mounted on a wall as well. It's a good product but don't update your current original Google home mini. There aren't many reasons to update.

Excellent Black Friday deal. Works great with the 1st generation Mini. Google doesn't confuse them with each other when I ask it to turn the lights on/off.

A very stylish product. It sounds nice, for a single speaker. It appears well made and comes with a convenient way to hang it on a wall, so it does not take up space on a vertical surface. It is Google, so it probably snitches and spies no matter you do to prevent it. I've just used it as a nice bluetooth speaker. I'd give it another star if I trusted it not to spy, even with the voice features disabled and the hardware swicth turned off. Google will always find a way to spy on you. The Company cannot help itself. It is not as nice as my Oontz Angle 3 bluetooth speaker for music, but it was free with my TV purchase, so an excellent value for me. I would not actually pay for this item.

Works good enough for what we use it for. It does sync with a few of our smart plugs and other things in our home but we don't use it for much. I see no downside but again we don't use it for all of it's capabilities.

Definitely happy with this! I already have a couple Google Home Minis but the Nest Mini is definitely a nice little upgrade, especially in the sound department! I use these mostly for music around my place, controlling my smart lights and asking the assistant any questions that come to mind that needs answering. The Coral color is a nice little pop of color also!

Works pretty well. Sometimes it could/should hear me better and would be nice for it to have a nighttime mode where it whispers if I’m whispering or quiet.
