great sound and responsiveness to command, easy to set up

We purchased this to provide a verbal assistant around the home for a blind elderly parent. She is very easily able to ask for updates on weather and the units announce when people are at the front door (in conjunction with her video doorbell.) It also picks up voices extremely well, even from a relatively long distance away, 10-15 feet.

Does what it's supposed to. I'm mainly using it to control my Google Home connected smart devices and it does a good job of picking up my voice even when im in another room. Just this and my Nest Wifi access point are enough for me to have voice control coverage in my entire house.

These are sprinkled throughout my home where the larger speakers don't make sense. Guests all loved how they fill the house with music wherever they happen to be since they're all part of a single group synced to play Spotify. The second gen sounds much better than the first (most noticeably in the bass response).

I use this to control my lights in basement, it always understands my commands and I don't have to yell either.

Excellent range, with good sound quality and perfect size

The nest mini makes a great addition, especially to the bedroom. Buy a couple of GE smart bulbs and operate lights with the sound of your voice. It is excellent when you are in bed and do not want to get up just to turn the light out. It also allows for seamless listening of most streaming services and will set alarms at command. We did have a problem with it connecting to wifi. I read about the problem and decided to try the suggested reset and it worked perfectly ever since.

This is my first 4K TV, and I have to say, I am absolutely blown away by the picture quality. Coming from a top-of-the-line plasma, I was worried that I wouldn't be happy with the motion handling on this set, but my fears were unwarranted. Motion looks smooth and natural, and the TV also does an excellent job of scaling lower resolution sources like cable TV and DVD up to 4K. While everything looks great on this TV, the set really shines on Dolby Vision and other HRD content. Because it is able to produce such a high peak brightness, HDR looks fantastic! This is a huge advantage that this set has over even the best OLEDs. The only negative I can think of is that you will sometimes see a little blooming in the black bars when watching wide aspect movies and TV shows. This is mostly only noticeable with HDR content, and it really isn't bad at all. There is virtually no blooming at all when watching SD. Overall, I simply can't say enough good things about this TV. I bought it when it went on closeout, but even at full price, this TV is worth every penny. It's obviously not cheap when compared to other TV's in this size, but like all electronics, you truly get what you pay for.

Got this as a free gift when I bought a 55” Samsung for a friend for Xmas. I already owned a few echo dots and ended up adding it to her gift. You all know how these work and google’s effort runs as expected. When not free, these are pretty affordable. I don’t see anyone being disappointed if they purchased this. Very cool tech

Great sound and works well with controlling my lights.

We thought it could connect to our mobile devices and play the playlist... it can, but only if you have Premium services. There is a pretty cool Broadcast feature. Had a hard time with it when we changed ISPs, but finally figured it out. Couldn't tell you how to do it though. It can stream music, and responds to voice controls to set alarms, and it tells some pretty good jokes. Used it to make a phone call. There are four colors. We have a gray one and a white one.

Great device for bedroom, bathroom or gym. Great sound in a small condensed unit. Easy to set up and use.

I love the Google nest mini speaker! It’s the first one I talk to in the morning with my coffee to find out the weather for the day. If rain is forecast, Hey Google can tell me what time. Will play any type of music that I ask for — Bob Seeger, Jimmy Buffett, etc. Bought one as Christmas gift for son too!
