East to set up ans works great.

It does not support 2.4 GHz connections at all and that's enough for a two-star review. Honestly, not worth the hassle or money. Just bought a Nighthawk AX70 router and it blows this out of the water. FYI we are covering 4K sqf home and the Nighthawk is better hands down.

But, I eventually started to experience an issue where there would be no internet access on my devices even though I'm connected to the Wi-Fi. This affected all my devices: phones, laptop, tablet, and smart displays. After much troubleshooting, I found that the Nest Wi-Fi Router was the problem. I would have to reboot it, sometimes multiple times in one day.

Posted .Hi KevinH, we're glad to hear that Nest Wifi worked, exceptionally for over a year with you. We are sorry to hear that you encountered an Internet connectivity issue. However, Nest Wifi relies heavily on your Internet service provider's modem to connect to the Internet. If you haven't tried yet, we recommend checking if you recently changed your ISP's modem, and to check if you're using a modem/router combo. If you are, it's important to set it up in bridge mode and disable its Wi-Fi functionality. This will help prevent any network issues caused by both your combo and your Nest Wifi Router, broadcasting the same SSID and password. You may then connect your Nest Wifi Router to your modem using an Ethernet cable, and then connect your Nest Wifi Points to your Nest Wifi Router wirelessly.
If the issue is persistent, even after following the steps we provided, we recommend contacting our support team for further help on the issue, by visiting the Google Wifi help page: https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp

Wi-Fi signal strength may be affected by Wi-Fi interference like physical barriers which may cause the limited ranges and slower connection to the Internet. As a general rule, Nest Wifi Points work best when they’re no more than two rooms away from each other.
