Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this mesh system at the start of the pandemic to provide reliable service throughout our home for me working from home and 3 kids doing virtual schooling. The system worked when the service I was paying for was around the 100/100 tier (Verizon). The problem came when I installed the new Verizon Gigabit router. We cannot seem to get any speeds over 500 Mbps for download, or 250 Mbps for upload. It appears to be capped. If you enable iCloud services, it makes the speeds even worse. So, in order to get the speeds I listed I have to keep iCloud services disabled. Check out the google community forum where you will see a bunch of user complaints about possible capped speeds and Google has yet to address the issue. Please don't waste $300 on this garbage! Just FYI, Had the speed of service tested at Verizon's router, and I was getting about 900 Mbps download, and 700ish Mbps upload. Only 4 stars because it only has one ethernet connection. Added an unmanaged ethernet switch to allow for needed wired connections.
