The sound effects indicating that you’ve pressed a button don’t always come through. So it’s unclear if the button has been pressed. I regularly have to re-enter the code, simply because I repeat a number because I’m not sure if I’ve pressed a button. And you can’t enter the numbers fast, because again, the sound doesn’t keep up with the buttons.

Unlock by phone or touch pad. Receiving notifications every time the door lock is opened or close is nice. Especially when you have young ones who like to unlock doors. I use it injunction with google assistant. Now if I do forget to lock them before going to bed I can just use a voice command to lock them. FYI, locks will not unlock with voice command. It's actually a safety feature so they don't get unlocked by mistake from a miss interpreted google assistant command.

Great Product in the Nest Family
