Signal range on this product was an issue so I also had to purchase the netgear range extender in order to get signal to the upper levels of my home. The set up and user interface was user friendly and was the reason I chose this unit over the amped wireless router (which by the way was marketed to blow the netgear away in range, epic fail for amped router). If you use a range extender with this device you should have a good experience (also simple set up).

The sales person was beyond outstanding. He offer suggestions and alternatives. Both my daughter and I ended up purchasing the same item. He is worth keeping and paying incentives.

Still waiting for my extended warranty to come. Paid for a 2 year plan and have no proof besides receipt, despite sending inquiring emails. Not impressed with Best Buy again.

The signal is good around the two story house. Sometimes I switch from one band to the other in my phone to get maximum speed.

After smaller routers would knock different devices off wifi this is a greater find. Also being dual-band is a great feature. Haven't had a problem since I upgraded to it!!

I always used Linksys routers, but I'd need a new one every few years. So this time I tried the Netgear. It got good reviews, and a friend recommended it, so I got it. I also tend to get the top of the line or nearly -- it was VERY easy to set up -- practically plug n' play. The instructions were clear, my Mac found its signal, I signed in, and we were in business. The genie software is a little odd but it works ok. Try this one!

I intended to use this with a cable modem, but when my needs changed and I chose to rent the cable modem with router Best Buy accepted the return in the 15 day period.

It's a decent router , I have a large house and the router is in the basement. Sometimes my iPhone 6 has trouble getting a signal if I'm on the wrong side of thehouse

Easy setup for basic cooperation, and advanced options are pretty simple as well. Gets killer reception as well. It shows up on my access point list from a block away.
