Turns out that my kids college apt needed a router to access the internet. Did a little research, picked this one. Works great so far.

Great router. Upgraded from a Cisco E4200 that was a number of years old. This is faster. I don't like their programming options, but was able to get it to do what I wanted.

Had charter router sucked got this netgear man strong signal running 3 games systems, 2 smart TVs and 4 iPhones Definitely get two thumbs up.

Our old router stopped working and someone recomended that we get a router witn AC1600 or more so we got this. It works so much better and faster than our old router.

I have nothing but goog to say about this router. Spectrum installers had to make a call, but the person they called had this router, we were up and going, no issues to this date...

The router is very fast and easy to set up. It’s lite weight makes it easy for handling.

I replaced my dlink wr with this one. Much better speeds, and I get great connections throughout the entire house. 3700 sq ft 2 story home.

Was having issues with slow internet even though I’m supposed to get 150 down. This solved all my problems. Recommended

Netgear makes it easy to adjust personal settings such as guest networks and passwords that changing anything takes less than 5 minutes. My parents have this same router in their home and it doesn't have too great of range even being in the middle of my house so if you have a larger home I would recommend getting a better model or buying the Orbi Netgear wifi system. But I live in a one story apartment complex and it does a pretty good job giving the internet speeds I paid for while fighting off neighbors wifi signals. Great router for apartments or small homes

It worked just fine messing with it for the first few days with a few minor annoyances. But with custom software it got even better. I give it 4 stars based on how well it worked before the custom software

Happy with the router. This one was a little more than the one I priced on line, but that one was not in stock. This one works like it is supposed to and performs great on streaming video.

This router is 100 times better than my previous Net Gear router. So far, we have not experienced any drop off issues. I highly recommend that you purchase this router.

Love this router. Works perfectly. Gets around 400 MPs download. Also setup is so simple with the nighthawk app. Best router I have bought.

I upgraded my Apple router for this netgear. I’m really happy with the speed. I also really like that it has multiple entry ports and the option to set up 2 WiFi

I bought this on the suggestion that it was a good drop-in for people who used Apple routers. When my Apple router finally decided to die, I got this and put it in it's place - and it worked flawlessly. It gets a little weird when you put two routers on the same network - a primary and an extender - because when you connect via routerlogin.com, you're never quite sure which router you're going to connect to. The interface could be better. Also, this router still uses patch cables. Why in this day and age are we still using patch cables?!?!

I like this router. I’ve been having it for about a year now and it works perfect never had any problems.

Awesome router! Use this for basic internet access, online gaming and streaming services and it works great. No lag.

I guess for an entry level user this would be a great device. Good range and decent speeds it just didn’t work for my setup.
