Internet speed very fast and my connection is great especially when I am out in the backyard. Zero connectivity issues.

I am not an expert in IT but I did an extensive research before buying and it seemed like one of the top choices in its class. I haven't owed it long but two things I am already very happy with (other than speeds) that stand out in comparison to my previous modem - due to its mesh-like cover it doesn't get hot and it has a corresponding app, with which you can manage and controll it.

Had an issue with Spectrum supplied gear when I needed a remote connection with workplace. Wouldn't let me (or our tech boss) make a seemingly common setting adjustment re VPN pass through. I'm no tech wizard, but needed something fast and this looked liked the high end of the available products at the local BB, so gave it a shot. Setup was a breeze, and it's whipping right along. Compact, too, so I got back some desk space. I read it might be a little on the pricey side for what it is, but it's doing OK for my needs.

This is a great combo modem/ router. I had 1 of these before and left it with my ex after a break up. I didn't hesitate to get this same one again. I didn't use this however because after moving into my new place I cut the cable and am using a sureline broadband satellite provider (satellite internet). I couldn't use this because of the cable connection on the unit, I had to get a stand alone router. Best Buy let me trade this in for a new router no problem.

This was easy to setup and it performed much better than the old one. I would recommend.

If you are looking for a router to help with speed and easy set up. Get this one.

I bought this router when I decided to switch to Xfinity Internet as I didn't want to pay $11/month for router rental fees. It does everything I need. I can access it remotely for management with the Netgear Genie app. However the app works intermittently and sometimes require a router reboot for access, so using the web browser is the best bet. Also I found that a few 5G Wi-Fi channels are not recommended for use as they offer less than optimal performance. Other than these two hurdles, the router does it's job quite well. In 17months of no rental fees, it will have paid for itself. :)

I bought this item after my Belkin router kept resetting itself. My cable company failed to inform me with the sale bit of info about my service. They failed to let me know that I needed to upgrade my router with more channels. They wanted to charge me monthly to rent there equipment so I went to Best buy and purchased this one and I haven't had any issues yet. It will take some getting used to. Me and my family have numerous electronics devices and this item serves its purpose well!

The device has better range and power that my 3-5 year old separate mode and router combo. It’s nice to reduce the number of components and wires since one device instead of two. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the set up was a little confusing for me. Looking back, it was actually simple to set up but apparently I didn’t scroll down far enough to find the thing I supposed to click on to set it up initially.

Good range, faster than my old router, once in a while when I connect in the morning it'll say no network, but after a minute it works again. Happy with my purchase

Works great with the Morris Broadband cable system. The range is great and covers all 2400 s.f. and basement.

What do you want from a router? Reliability and speed. You get it with Netgear.

My internet speed was extremely slow. So after calling my ISP and having them come to my house to check things out only to have my speed not change, I decided to look into buying another modem/router combo. I've heard of the Nighthwak routers. I bought this and man has my internet speed increased! I definitely recommend this router combo to increase your speeds without breaking the bank.

Needed to upgrade my 7 year old modem. This is absolutely amazing, great speeds and really easy to set up.

Very good Router/ Modem have no issue connecting to multiple devices. easy to install and setup. Has 5G as well as the normal 2.4GHz. you can set two different passwords for each separately and schedule wifi broadcast. Wifi signal is excellent all over the house gives almost the same speed as my plan(when I use 5G). it has NAS capability but I did not use it yet.

Awesome customer service! Very understanding of the issue we had with our previous modem and router combo. Was able to to receive a this modem router combo with discounted. Set up was easy and it works great!!

Works well. Set-up instructions were a bit unclear. Go to your internet provider first to have them "recognize" this device. Once I figured that out, set up was much easier. I like that it has two different channels/modes: one for speed and one for strength. You can sign on to either in connecting, so my wife uses one (speed - she does more streaming) and I use the other. We don't get in each other's way.
