Working well thus far handling 4 streaming tv's, 4 phones, 4 tablets and 4 laptops in the house. Was unprepared to have to call by internet provider to authorize the modem and set-up on their side, so that took about an hour extra. Sure that is standard.

Great way to save money on cable costs

Modem is very easy to install and instruction are very clear, however since I had a TiVo box,my cable company had to come and install a link box for the modem (another way to charge an extra fee per month).

Pays for itself

In 18 months, it has paid for itself. Since most of us will always need the internet, it makes sense to buy a router and stop paying your provider an extra fee.
