Super easy to setup, hooked right up to my Motorola modem. I have about 8 wireless devices connected to it and they all have great speeds. The Nighthawk app makes it really easy to configure basic settings as well.

I got 4 kids and they all stream videos. My wife watches Netflix and i game on my playstation. NO LAG. Great investment. Never got to use the disney circle so no comment on that.

So far so good. Setup it for a small office with a static ip. Straight forward and simple process. Performance so far is solid, and pretty lag free. The device been up and running for a few weeks now.

This is my second one, my first was essentially DOA. Took the first one back to store for replacement with no issues. The router does it's job but the app interface could be better. Having been using a older ASUS router - I've been spoiled. For example, when I set up a MAC filter, on the ASUS I could assign aliases to a device to help me keep track of things as they come on line. While the netgear allows that, the name doesn't get referenced on all the other screens - so I have to enter it on the Attached Devices and Block control screens. Another challenge is parental control. I can break it up into two parts. The first is time limits. . With the ASUS, I could restrict time limits for my kids devices on a case by case basis - just identify the device from the mac address (or alias if you set one up) and make the adjustments using a drag/click interface. Very smooth.. Netgear's basic software sets up access control limit that can be attached to one more more devices, depending upon IP range. As far as content blocking -with the older ASUS, I would specify DNS servers (I use OpenDNS) during router set up. You can do the same thing or try out Netgear's UI for Parental Blocking by giving you a choice of OpenDNS or Disney's Circle feature, but that's a monthly subscription based service for more control. As far as performance, I've got it connected to fiber and attaching devices thru the router's ethernet ports can reach the max speed capacity. The wireless connectivity doesn't reach the ISP's max speed - but that would be the same with any wireless device. There is a page on the Admin UI for the router that can auto set QoS by doing Speedtest but that result falls far short of what my ISP offers. I've gone to independent speed test sites and they show faster speeds than Netgears Speedtest. It offers a guest network but the ASUS offered three guest network which I found handy, keeping some of the internet of things devices separate from my more sensitive data. As I said, it works but I am not a convert yet.

I needed a new router and read about this one. The hookup was easy and the download app for your cell is awesome.This monitors everything for you via app and its worth the extra money.

Awesome router. Actually started receiving the speeds I pay for on every device once this was installed. Great router for households with multiple gamers.

Awesome, internet kicks butt now! Get this one if you have a lot of devices to connect. Very easy install. Internet never goes down during install process. We use this at a business.

Excellent router! Now I have powerful signal in my backyard and garage too.

Good strong signal within 50 ft radius but anything further out signal drops -- ended up getting a mesh system. Easy to set up and can manage through the app.

I haven’t had any real issues with the product purchased.

Good reliable router. Occasionally you will need to restart it but it definitely helps improve internet across the house/apartment.

Easy set-up and works perfectly. I would buy it again if I had the need.

Best router/modem I have used. Cheap routers I have used in the past have eventually burned out/died. But this thing keeps on going. Handles my gigabit comcast connection like a champ.

INCREASED MY BROADBAND WIDTH AND WIRELESS SIGNAL DEFINITE UPGRADE. ALSO, IT WAS REASONABLY PRICED FOR THE PERFORMANCE RECEIVED. WE RUN 4 TV'S AN XBOX AND UP TO 5 MOBILE DEVICES SOMETIMES ALL AT ONCE AND HAVEN'T ENCOUNTERED AN ISSUE YET.

I have had no issue with this router it is fast and keeps up with my streaming/gameing without any lag and easy to control with the app excellent router I highly recommend it!

excellent signal strength, easy set up with app on cell phone. Only problem is occasionally will have to reboot when internet traffic gets busy with multiple devices on simultaneously.

It was very easy to setup. Does exactly what we needed.

We were continually having problems with our internet and TV. After constantly calling our TV provider they sent someone out and they kept telling us everything was ok. We switched tv providers and upon completion of instillation they told us the router we had was sending a weak signal. We purchased this new Nighthawk and since then we have had no more issues!!!

It’s been almost 2 months since I bought the router. So far I have been very happy to have made a decision to get it. No lag in my games and smooth streaming while watching videos.

Works way better than my last router range seems good
