I just recently purchased the Nighthawk after using another Netgear product for the last 12 years. I recently upgraded my Xfinity cable box in order to watch 4K programming. After checking my download speed’s I was averaging 25MPBS download and 12 upload. I did have some slight difficulty with the wizard application on my PC. I downloaded the Nighthawk app on my phone, and I was up and running within a matter of seconds. I am now averaging 175MPBS and 12 upload speeds. Very happy I decided to upgrade.

This router gives me all I expected, speed, distance, multi-channel, reliability, all at a great price. Easy to set up for a non-geek.

Strong signal. No problem streaming movies or music. Excellent product for the price. Highly recommended. I would buy it again.

I didn't know how bad my old router had gotten until I got this one! We were having trouble with our internet provider so I blamed all the issues on them, but after the guy came out to the house, made sure everything was up and running, and we were still struggling to stay connected, I realized It was the router. We got the Nighthawk, I was able to set it up myself in about 5 minutes (and trust me, I am no IT support). The service has been great ever since.

This router helped me to increase my download speeds throughout my apartment and was a great price.

Loving this router. We were sadly using AT&T internet service and they required that we use their modem and router. However, now, we switched to Spectrum and had the option to use our own router and modem. The difference in internet service is great, but what makes it better is the fact that this router was so easy to setup, use and connect all our devices to. No more buffering with media/video streaming. Router has great features such as ReadyShare, Dynamic QoS, and an App you can download on your phone to manage your router settings.

This has good range, I have a number of devices on it and seems to work fast for all of them all the time.

This router has proven to be the best I have owned. We have 2 adults working from home plus kids streaming and gaming. The Optimum router was constantly cutting out and having to be rebooted, and I was never able to get through to support, which had hold times of nearly 2 hours. This replacement router solves all the issue and even makes the smart devices run better.

Pretty good signal for WiFi Up to a gig speed. Replaces fios is all that matters. Would recommend

out of the box and set up within an hour. reliable and strong signal. looks like this was the way to go

I have my PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Wii U, Nintendo switch, 2 smart TVs, 2 bluray players, 3 phones, 1 tablet, 1 labtop, and 1 PC hooked up to this router. Flawless!! No lag, and with the mu-mimo tech on it, I notice my devices attach faster and are faster with my apps and gaming. Watching Netflix and Hulu and other streaming services work great. I had the Netgear AC1900 first and up graded to the AC2300. Great Buy. Highly recommend.

I was skeptical when the sales rep pushed me towards this model. I definitely didn’t go in wanting a router a this price point, but after describing my home and my need it made sense. I even asked another rep and they gave me the same spiel. As far as performance, I haven’t had any issues, the features it comes with are cool, but not useful to me. The signal covers my 2500sqft house without any lags; I have 3 Apple TVs, 2 laptops, 5 Alexa devices, a Phillips hue with 5 bulbs, ecobee 4, 3 iphones, and a security system.

Good router that works. I have my Playstation 4, 2 computers, 2 ipads, 3 phones and eufy base camera system all hooked up to this router. The 5ghz works well. Initially 5ghz was dropping and after some research I lowered the band and now it has been 3 weeks without a drop. My only issue is the support for netgear, they are not in America, they are in India. While they are polite and try to help, the language and communication is not the greatest. I had a problem when I first setup the router using the APP. Called support, after 30 minutes of not getting any where they recommended I reset the router and set it up manually without the App which worked very well. So basically 2 things, if 5ghz is dropping for you, try to lower the band to the lowest or second lowest and that should solve your problem. Second, I say skip the setup with the app and do it by entering the router ip address in your web browser and set it manually. Once done, then set up the App.

This is a excellent router and was extremely easy to connect and configure. Instructions were clear and concise. I had more problems with my internet provider removing the $5/month router charge from my bill, then I did connecting this. Also the built in Disney + is just what I was looking for. Basic filtering is free, but if you want more in depth features like bedtime for devices and pausing internet connection, you will need to purchase a subscription.

This isn't the best router ever but it does the job. Fairly easy setup and decent range.

Very easy to setup and configure. Very good performance throughout the whole house without dropping devices.

Easy setup. Much better router then the gateway supplied by my cable company. Can manage it via phone app. Works with Alexa.
