I bought this to replace my Verizon supplied router and the speed is incomparable. Setting up the router is a breeze. The companion app walks you through everything with no hold up. My only gripe, and I knew this going in so I can’t hold the router at fault, is that there’s no coax input so my Verizon fios dvr wont work. That’s more the fault of Verizon though. All in all, Great product.

I was having signal strength issues for my wifi in my house, about 3500 square ft. I was using an AC1250. This Netgear Nighthawk 2300 is everything I need. There is not a spot in my house were my signal is not full strength. I can even walk down to the corner of my street and have plenty of signal strength. I am downloading speeds over 400mbps over wifi. I have the newest netgear router docsis 3.1 to go with it. Both were expensive but worth the money.

Purchased this product to replace my old Wi-Fi router that was on its way out the door. This router definitely has an improved range over my old router. We have roughly an 1800 sq ft house. I don't have any dead spots at all. It has fast 5ghz speeds although the 2.4ghz has been having some problems lately. I have significant drops in speeds on the 2.4ghz channels as opposed to the 5ghz channels. Even standing right next to the router, I am only getting a third to half of my maximum internet speeds. Not sure if this is due to interference from other devices or if it's a problem with the router itself. I have done firmware updates and adjustments to specific channels on the 2.4ghz band but nothing seems to improve the speeds. Gave it three stars because it's not the worst router I have ever dealt with, but I would like to see the 2.4ghz band speeds improve.

This is a great product and what to say about this, the brand, the performance, the quality, everything is good, it helps with 8 to 10 devices without any glitch, no internet breaks. I am very much happy with this device, it will work for a big house upto 2500 sqft. doesn't have to be sitting close to the router, it reaches all the corners of your house.

I purchased this product because I was in need of a new router. My old router would not get every corner of my home. I would be in my room and my WiFi would constantly fail. I thought give this router a chance even though I was hesitant, thinking it was probably my provider giving me issues. I set it up and I said “wow!!!!!” I have never had this fast of a WiFi before. It’s a dual band router which means you have two WiFi signals. One of them is faster than the other, so what I do is offer the slower one (which is still fast) to my family while I have all of my products on the faster one. I know I’m cruel, anyway this is a great product most definitely would recommend.

Bought this to replace my old one which was giving me suddenly very spotty coverage and knocking out my main router all the time. So far this has been reliable and much faster than the old one I bought 7 years ago. Set up was way easier than the other one that I bought and everything was easy to connect to once completed.

Works great. Excellent range and easy setup. Fast enough for 4k video.

When we switched out our old and slowed Netgear router, which was quick and easy by the way, it was obvious this was what we needed to improve stability and speed in our household. For anyone who’s affected by online learning or just extra time spent using WiFi, this router works excellent in our busy, half-berm home. The range is strong and glad we purchased!

This product s very good. It puts the WIFI signal way out there. This was a really good buy BUT I found out later I could have gotten this same item for only half the price at Walmart.

Easy to set up; you just need its app and configure information. Though I think it did open up a browser page for the wifi password set up. I believe you can do that in the app too, but I didn't since I had my laptop on. Anyway, it was a major upgrade to an old hand me down wifi router that my cousin gave me. It died the night prior me getting this Netgear one. Faster speed and longer distance!

Easy to set up, allows gaming with no lagging. Several TVs are streaming at the same time.

Had this for a couple weeks. It was an easy install/setup. Mobile app makes it easy to setup and monitor. I named each device so I know when we connect and my guests connect. I did not use the Auto Connect, instead I setup a normal and a 5G connection. We use to experience drops all the time and constant reboots. NO MORE. Just got our son a AC1900 combo. He is just streaming and it works well for him.

The router is great. good range. but it is a little pricey. wish it was a little cheaper then it would be a 5 star.

Good coverage in 2000 sqft house, fast speeds, easy to create primary and guest networks, etc.

Replaced my old Router with the Nighthawk. We have a slower band width where we are located but the nighthawk seemed to help our signal. We run several devices that use WiFi and we pick up the wifi signal 15 foot away from the outside of house. Have Arlo security cameras at all ends of home and the wifi signal reaches them all. Like the Guest wifi feature and downloaded app for updates, cool feature.
