I thought my Internet speed was good until I bought this product

I had been having issues with my modem / router provided by my provider, and even after having extenders, have had been having frequent drops in connection. After installation of this router, there has been significant improvement in the connect and am pretty happy with the performance. I reduced one star as the installation took me some time and had to be redone a couple of times. The App itself is pretty good, though a bit more customization in regard to the graphs which show the various bandwidth would be nice to have. Overall, nice product.

Still working needs occasional reboots when dealing with Frontier. Learn and love the Netgear nighthawk app. It gives you soo much control and speed monitoring tools.

Easy setup, as it was replacing a previous Netgear WiFi router. Connection is great throughout the house, speeds seem a bit faster. Will know more when we up our internet speeds.

Fantastic router Fast speed and great coverage of house, Previous router had limited coverage area with blind spots but the AX5200 has excellent range. Got this on Black Friday

Couldn’t be more pleased. I picked this up for 50% off and have an incredibly fast connection using Fios gigabyte. The set up was really simple and issue free in contrast to other reviews. I have to say I’m an Amazon prime member and Best Buy smoked them with delivery as it was free, and to get it literally 13 hours later delivered to my front door was perfect. I’m using many Alexa devices, 3 smart TVs, a laptop, gaming pc, Sonos home theaters, ps5, ps4 and I’m sure I left a few out. Great deal!

Like others, I bought this item despite the low-star review of other customers. I had been searching for a new router and wasn't able to find any router that 100% of people were satisfied with. I bought this one at Best Buy as a Black Friday deal, which happened to coincide with my old FIOS wireless router failing. I bought it because it was half off at $149. Other customer reviews complained about the setup. Being a IT system engineer, I figured that it shouldn't be that hard to setup. I found it easy to set-up and configure. It has been working well for me. Both the performance and range have been good.

Great house coverage, easy set up with nice additional features and fast speeds!! Only downside is no tri band but it’s not something we’d utilize right now anyways.

Works great, ive had it for about a year now and ive experienced no issues with it. It was pretty much a plug in and play situation.

I was having connection issues with my previous router. It could not handle the number of devices in my network and would drop their connections constantly. I like Netgear products and I replaced my old router with this one. I immediately noticed the increased performance and I does not drop my device connections. The range is excellent as I am able to connect with the devices I have outside my home. I have had this router since last November and it is operation perfectly.

I have 6 people in a 2500 sq ft noise. I needed a router that could handle consistent wifi in all rooms of the house and all the band width needed. This is solid.

We needed more speed and signal in the house for gaming than the typical modem/router supplied by your internet provider. Signal in my stepsons room was weak and he wasn’t able to optimize his Xbox Series X. Plus, I work from home and noticed the internet lagging. The Nighthawk AX5200 picked up speeds and boosted our signal. No complaints from the 13 year old so I would say it’s working pretty well. Definitely glad I bought it! I did purchase it when it was half off so it was a steal.

Had a wifi 5 nighthawk that was broken by my niece. She's 2 and was playing so i needed an upgrade anyway. I got it on sell, but for the performance I would have paid full price. It's great works better faster speeds and great range for the device. It switches from 2.4 to 5 without you noticing anything. If you have the speeds like i do then this wifi 6 router is what you need in you home

The router met my expectations and the performance is great. I stream on 2 TVs and at any given point in time at least 2 cell phones, 1 or 2 iPads and also a smart refrigerator, double oven and garage door will be connected. It is able to maintain and manage enough bandwidth for everything. A lot of bang for the buck and it’s an easy setup, download the Nighthawk app, start the app and it connects to the router then follow the prompts to connect to the network.

Router is easy to use, set up was a breeze, great signal, and all my devices hard wired or Wi-Fi are faster.

I absolutely love this router!! Easy to install and the app is wonderful. Ability to let you know your speed and keep an eye whos on your internet is awesome. Deff helped with lag in my gaming too. I always saw red bar but with this one i noticed the difference. I was able to snag it for half off at $150 and to me that was a homerun and no brainer

One month in and no issues! The speed on wifi is super fast (even with wifi-6 disabled). I ran into one intel chip problem where a computer couldn't see the SSID with wifi-6 enabled. As I have no devices in my network that are compatible with it yet, this issue was resolved by turning it off (I still get 450Mbps, maxed out, with it disabled). Setup and configuration was super easy. Glad I got this router, as it does everything i need and hasn't dropped signal yet (unlike my previous one)

Been using this router for over a year now. Good signal for 2 story home. Highly recommend.
