All NETGEAR products come with 90 days of complimentary technical support, and 1 year of hardware replacement warranty. If you are beyond the 90 days of complimentary support and you need additional technical support you will be asked to purchase an extended support contract, but if the device has failed and needs to be replaced you will not be charged for the support call, since this is covered under the hardware replacement warranty.

I can not get the internet speeds i am paying for with this device. I don’t even get half the speed i pay for. Cox came out to check if anything was wrong and told me its the modem.

I tried so many ways to make this router work connecting my VPN. Nothing! I called the help desk and they never returned my called. After two weeks I decided to returned.

Total garbage. Wireless drops out constantly. Super unreliable. My old nighthawk was better.

Coverage and speed was terrible. I returned it after multiple calls to the manufacturer and my IP. They will put the blame on each other. Be warned.

This modem/router is really bad. I had to get mine replaced 2 times. NetGear support is absolutely terrible and will charge you for basic support. Overall I cannot recommend this modem/router less. It consistently drops connections. The mobile app is horrendous.
