We bought the mesh system because our security cameras were out of range of our old Netgear router. The Orbi system eliminated the problem, and now our cameras work seamlessly!!!

We've been using an old Orbi AC2200 for many years now. It has been a workhorse, super reliable and stable even with a lot of devices within the household. I thought I'd upgrade to a newer router to get WiFi 6 and also for more years of security and firmware updates. The AC2200 is EOL with Netgear so updates will be few or none now. At first, this Orbi AX3800 was a nice upgrade. Faster speeds, reliable, and felt just like our original. I typically reboot our Orbi every couple of weeks via the Orbi app. We have a lot of devices and it just helps keep things running smoothly. The first time I did that with this new Orbi, the app prompted me to set up the router as if it were new. I thought that was really strange. I couldn't get it to connect and some of our devices lost internet so I set it up again and all was well. I rebooted it again last night and most of our devices lost internet connectivity again AND the app told me the router needed to be set up again. The router itself was also blinking white indicating it was not setup. I don't know where the glitch is but I returned this Orbi and went back to our old one. I have always recommended Orbis to folks looking for a new mesh WiFi system but now I'm thinking twice about that. I hope mine was just defective.

Great reliable product! Range and signal strength are outstanding!!

I bought the system and had some issues setting it up. The power cord of the one node was inoperable. Having to return this made it really inconvenient. The nodes randomly drop off intermittently and need to be resynced. I have had to call Orbi a couple of times for troubleshooting. There is a sneaky Orbi support website out there that charges additional fees... beware of this.

We just purchased and have been using it for about a month. Everything works great. Very strong signal and set up was a breeze.

Netgear Orbi mesh system is a perfect solution for a large house for wifi connection. In today's world with everything being wifi enable you need a mesh system to get your home wifi ready. The setup was so simple.

It has great speeds and coverage i just wish it had one more unit. It doesnt seem to pass through walls the best which is understandable but means my master bedroom is not getting a great connection in our small condo. Otherwise other rooms are great.

This product has been great. I had very poor internet connectivity when I moved in. This product saved me the hassle of trying to locate a new phone and internet provider.

Needed a new router and thought this would help us get better wi-fi coverage … and it does!! anchor in the office and satellites on our porch and in our living room. No complaints! Thankful for Geek squad folks that came and set it up and reconnected all of our items!!

These routers work well the signal is pretty good and the range is pretty far extends well past the house

I bought this Orbi Mesh system to replace my old router and numerous switches I had around the house and can honestly say I am very pleased with the resulting speed and ease of set-up!

Works very good! Good signal strength across my home garage, patio and back ground .

This unit replaced a 7 year old Orbi set that had gotten tired. Speeds are great all over the house. Only thing is that the Orbi app changed and now can't check speed from within it.

Improvement by far of coverage. Should have invested in this mesh network months ago.

Installation was easy and works as described in manual.
