Please don’t waste your time

One wouldn’t work out of the box. So I called Netgear to get a solution,and that’s where the problems started. Good luck reaching them on the phone, and if you do happen to get ahold of a real person, you’ll be treated to an absolute Clown Show. Do yourself a favor and purchase ANOTHER brand. You’ll thank me later.

Work as advertised and easy to setup.

Unable to activate despite Netgear support

For some reason, the Netgear Orbi wifi router could not connect with my Spectrum Internet modem. I continue to receive wifi coverage from the Spectrum wifi router I was trying to replace. I spend over an hour with Netgear customer support, and they could not troubleshoot the issue.

liked older one better

This one is a bit spotty, sometimes losing connections, even tho this one is supposed to be more 'powerful' than the previous one. Geek Squad was out twice and didn't fix it. I still am unsure if the existing outdoor satellites are compatible with this system. Cannot get definitive answer, nor can anyone get them to work.
