Best router/modem ever. Super fast and can support a lot of devices

Works great once I finally got it hooked up. Directions are poor at best. Finally had to call the hotline to hook it up.

The product has a weak connection to satellite. Keeps cutting out

I can understand electronics go bad but to subject your customer to jumping thru all the hoops of running diagnostics and taking pictures and videos and all that added crap just isn't worth it. While they FINALLY decided to stop stringing me along and send me a replacement. It will sit on a rack in a closet and ONLY pulled out in the catastrophic event my other 2 go bad. Burn me once and all that, I'll never buy this brand again that much is certain.

I Could NOT get this working with Xfinity internet and NetGear modem. I tried every type of turning off the modem and router and just wasn't able to get the modem to send internet to the router. I also worked in IT for a long time and know what I'm doing. I think the design is great and great packaging but the app setup was so bad. At one point in time the app told me i was connected to the Orbi Wifi and the only button available was troubleshoot connection. I just plugged my NetGeat nighthawk back in and instantly got internet. I'm going to try the Eero or Tp Link Mesh system and see what happens.

Coverage is not even close to what they claim. I have a 1,900 square foot house. That should be well within the claimed 5,000 square foot range. It does cover but at greatly reduced speeds. More importantly, if I go outside, and I mean right outside, I struggle to get any signal at all.

Love my Orbi 750 Series. Simple setup, works perfectly and without a single issue. I was able to Set It And Forget About It. Strong WiFi signal throughout my home.

Connectivity is great! The 3.1 modem is on point with delivering over the 1000/35 I'm subscribed to when using an Ethernet cable every single time. Wifi is good too. The 2.4 signal covers my 1800 square foot home perfectly, even without the satellite. Adding the satellite, I can use my own wifi at my mother-in-law's house next door (believe it or not, I love her being my neighbor lol). The 5 signal doesn't reach quite as far, but it still covers the house well, and on it, I hit about 800/30 in almost all areas of my house including the back yard! Pro's that have specific VPN and/or other advanced needs, this combo will do most, but definitely do your research prior to purchase if you fall into this category! The Orbi App is SOLID. Again, nothing too advanced, but absolutely meets every expectation I'd have of any other brand's app and then some. I'd almost forgotten to mention setup; it's so easy. I connected the power and coaxial cable (not provided), connected via an Ethernet cable, Spectrum automatically detected the modem and asked me to sign into my online account (Spectrum's activation took about 10 minutes), scanned the QR code on the front of the modem using my phone's camera, setup a password, changed the wifi name and password to something I like, and that was that. It took a total of 13 minutes (including Spectrum's 10) to do it all start to finish. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase and experience. I'd recommend this product to anyone looking for fast, consistent, and easy internet and wifi!

As an in-home business owner you rely on optimizing your internet speed. I originally purchased another mesh system only to find that it failed to provide me the bandwidth I was suppose to receive. After further research I purchased the Orbi system and it is amazing! It was easy to install and I’m getting the maximum internet speed I should receive. I’m happy because my video calls no longer freeze and I no longer hear my kids telling me to “fix the internet anymore.”

Setup was quick and easy. The Orbi 750 series WiFi 6 delivers amazing speeds and full coverage of my home across all my devices. Named the new WiFi network the same as my old and had zero issues with any of my devices.

Awsome coverage. Started with Router and one Satellite. Added another 3 satellites and upgraded Router to CBR750 cable modem router. awsome coverage 4000 square feet and download speeds of 955 Mbps uploads speeds 175 Mbps. Streaming in 4 rooms at the same time. Total of thirty wireless connections.

The system has been up and running now for 6 weeks or so. It was not very easy to get it to this point however. It took our new internet provider tech no time to get the router on line, but could not get the satellite to work at all. after an hour I had to go let him go on to the next install. That left me trying over and over, but to no avail. I finally had to reach out for support from Netgear. Turns out the satellite needed a firmware update. It was a long complicated process, I could never have done it unaided... after an hour we did get it online and working

I've had the router for about a week. So far, so good. The coverage is fantastic. Setup was easy and I love the app.

I finally replaced my previous Netgear Nighthawk that had worked well for 6 years. This Orbi is doing great, and connectivity and performance is better than my old Nighthawk. The only thing is I can’t get the satellite to connect, even when they’re in the same room not 12 feet apart. I don’t actually NEED the satellite, but it would’ve been nice for it to work. My Netgear Wifi extenders worked great but the satellite just can’t connect. Overall still a good product, and I probably have the only defective satellite.lol

Excellent wifi system. So good my husband has recommended it to friends and family for its ease of use a good value.

With 46 different devices running in our home and eight people living here, this system really delivers on speed! The extra protection it offers our devices is just icing on the cake!

Tried a nighthawk, but couldn’t get enough WiFi range to get to the other end of the second floor. The Orbi mesh setup solved that problem.

The Orbi is my first new modem in years and it’s a huge improvement over my old one! The combined modem/router means fewer devices, and the satellite gives me super fast upload and download speeds. No more dropped video calls or slow performance when I’m working from home!

Great product and easy to setup. Big take; make sure you register it with your internet provider and activate it before setting it up

I was renting a cable providers cable/modem DOCSIS 3.0 and upgraded this. Talk about a big difference. I should have done this sooner.
