The coverage is great! It is very easy to place additional satellite units.

The router is easy to setup, but not that great if you have several devices connected at the same time

This is a great WiFi Network for my 3 level home, however I wish it had a 3.0 USB like the R7000 Router had to have my external hard drive on my network.

Had a 5 year old AirPort Extreme that constantly had to be rebooted and made streaming movies a nightmare. Have a 3800 sq.ft. home and Orbi is perfect.

Very easy to install. I installed this at my lake house where the shore is located at approximately 100ft from the house and I still have great signal.

We used to get disconnected all the time on our old Wi-Fi. We have had this now for two months and we only drop service when our Provider goes down.

Works very well. It took a little trial and error to get the best locations picked out. Not as simple to setup as the packaging suggests.

Had installed in a two story house with one downstairs rear of house, the second one downstairs front and the third unit in the upstairs. Our son is an avid gamer and has no problems at all being on the second floor and completely away from the main unit. Did not lose any speed either. We can go anywhere in our yard and stay connected with a good connection.

This extended our range greatly and it was very easy to set up.

I recently switched to Comcast and got their 200 mbps service. My house has 4 levels and has as many as 16 devices, most of which are on wifi. We often have 2 movies being streamed on 2 different floors plus a host of iphones going. I purchased a modem and Netgear R7000 router from Best Buy but wifi was spotty upstairs. On my iphone using the speedtest I was getting about 57 mbps on the floor with the router and in the 30s upstairs. I figured that since I was not connected by ethernet I wouldn't be getting good speeds on my iphone. A Best Buy salesman said I shouldn't purchase an extender, but should invest in the Orbi system. With the Orbi, I consistently get over 200 mbps on the third floor where I have the satellites, although I just got 73 and then 182 in the last few minutes, so there is variation. I'm not a techie but I also note that the speedtest seems to vary also by which server is being used. In general, I can say that the average speeds are much higher than what I was getting before. There have been a few times when the speeds were low, but I suppose there are a lot of variables. The Orbi was about $260 more than the first router which was obviously inadequate. At least I don't have the wife and kids yelling at me.

Got the 3 Orbie set to extend TV signal between homes. Great product. Stopped the buffering and being kicked off because of microwave use.

Installation was very easy and seamless. Two weeks later, after installing an update, the product wouldn't connect to the internet. 4 calls to customer service later and they were sending a new product to me. Received a new router and one new satellite (the RBK43 comes with two satellites). After two days going back and forth with customer service again, I finally got the new router connected to the internet and the new satellite. However, the new router would not connect to either of the other satellites that I had. More calls to customer service and they are sending me another new satellite. In the end, I'm hopeful that the product will consistently work because when it did, it was awesome! Netgear customer service is awful though!

Charter communications WiFi rental equipment was not working out. We had Randall from Geek Squad do the setup & now things are excellent

tried 3 different routers to get service to a back house we built 940 sq feet its about 200 feet away from the main front house (detached) and it was so hard to get internet service back there. finally had a tv installed by the geek squad and one installer mentioned this router. bought it , plugged in the fire stick and have been happy ever since
