great product helped with buffering help with lag from two many people on one wifi

This allows us to have wifi throughot our house and other buildings. Was very easy to set up.

I had 2 networks utilizing a separate WiFi hub / range extender. Made it a pain to use the apps for my surround sound because it is eithernet only. This kit gave me the ability to control it from anywhere in the home, and has greatly improved my overall internet speed.

Great wifi system was kind of skeptical I. The beginning but I've been very happy with the range its been providing in t he house . Prior to purchase their were several dead spots in my house since putting in the orbi system I've been getting great reception everywhere

Since we installed this I never have any buffering problems with Netflix on my smart tv.

After having horrible wifi signal in our hour we called the cable company to increase our internet speed and they suggested we get a better router. After searching we found this to be the best. A bit pricy but well worth it! No lag time for several users in our home.

I personally returned this item because it did not work in my 7500 sq ft house and went with the Asus high end router instead. I did not get good speeds with this setup, but I think for a smaller home this would be a good buy at the right price.. I like the idea of it, but not for my home unfortunately.

I have owned this Orbi AC200 Triband 3 pack system since June, 2018. Every tech item throughout my home connected without issues with fantastic upload and download speeds. Netflix 4k UHD streams were always mere seconds to begin playing. To avoid downtime with the manufacturer, should there be any equipment issues. I also purchased Best Buys' extended warranty. I'm glad I did. Back in December, 2019 the Orbi router blinked out. I noticed the satellites were still working but emanating magenta light from the dome. I switched to different plugs from one of the other satellites, plugged it in, and still the router was completely dead. This model wasn't available when I exchanged routers with Bestbuy. I exchanged the router for a Orbi AC3000 RBK50. We'll see how it goes...

No dead spots in the house and getting 500/500 with noo issue in my entire house

We have a 3600 sq ft house that is completely covered, up and down . That said, I can also get it by the river, the neighbors, etc . The river is 200 yds or 600 ft and I can get 2 bars there . :-) . I've had this for over a year now .

I bought an ASUS AC3100 October 2018. The system couldn’t handle all the smart devices, iPad and computers in my house. I installed the Orbi and there is no problem with any devices dropping or slowing down in any area in my house. Easy to install

We've been struggling for over a year to find a decent wireless router for our high speed internet. The house is old with plaster walls. The Orbi works like a champ for every inch of the house. It took us back into the 21st century. Very pleased with Orbi.

Added the 3 unit system and now have strong signals on all floors. Mainly got it to help streaming on the basement TV but certainly helped with the rest of the house. Be careful using the app as it can confuse your passwords when setting up.

the product works great and was easy to install was able to get connection to my gust house behind me by placing one in the back bedroom and the kitchen window of the back house. I need one in my garage down stairs which I will purchase soon.

Overall fantastic system, it’s improved the quality of WiFi dramatically

I’m very excited with my wireless mesh network and Orbi is easy to setup

Setup was easy and coverage is great. Had to RMA all three units within 2 weeks though as they were stuck at bootup. Support was good and replacement units were delivered next day.

Love this product. Haven't had a loss single since I've purchased this.
