Called the support line the next day and was on the phone for 3 hours. Still no luck. Don't waste your money. Brought it back and exchanged for an Eero. Eero is amazing.

slow connection speeds
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.erratic connections speeds. mostly very slow. the light ring on top was blue, which indicated good connectivity between units, but speedtest results were mostly poor.- got about 26mbs from my 100mbs broadband connection from my bedroom. returned and got google wifi which ended up having better speeds.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased an AC2200 RBK 43 June 2017 it is now Sept 2018 from Best Buy. Best Buy was Great! Netgear did acknowledge the master Unit was Faulty but stated after a year I would just have to buy another. I guess they stand behind their product...Way, Way Behind ! Beware !!!!! Put back on my NightHawk that works better anyway and is supported by Netgear Genie (Which is GREAT).

Satellite does not show up
