Don't bother horrible Netgear service

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought the unit in June 2019 but didn't get it set up until may July/August. Lost connection beginning of Sept. Lost connection again yesterday (Oct1). Had IT come out and the main unit is dead. I have a return going but I have to return my unit (main unit) BEFORE they will send me the replacement. I haven't had this 4 months and it's already dead. If you google orbi disconnecting you will find that this is a continual problem. Wish I had not bought this brand. Thankfully a computer literate person came and disconnected the unit and we have the provider wifi because we had not connection prior. It shouldn't be this difficult.
