Loved this for setup so much that I bought one for my mom's house. No coverage issues whatsoever.

The product was easy to install & gives us excellent Wi-Fi coverage both inside & outside the house (3100 sq. ft.)

I tried every other mesh system and this is the only mesh system where the router has more than one port.

Set up took a little bit longer than I thought it would be its definitely made a big improvement in the reach of our wifi. recommended

Trying to WiFi in my house was horrible. After the installation of the Orbi my wifi increased to the max.

I was looking to upgrade my Netgear router, and decided on the Orbi. I read the reviews, and felt this would be a great choice for me. The set-up was relatively easy using the Orbi app on my iPhone. I updated the firmware, but it wasn’t the latest version. I had to manually update the router to its latest version. Soon afterwards, I started having problems with dropped signals, and constant rebooting. My speeds were also much slower than they should have been. I tried the usual uninstall and reinstall of the router, but the problems continued. I looked on the Community Help boards on the Netgear website, and saw that a lot of people were having the same problems as I was. After 2 days of signal loss and rebooting, I had enough and decided to return the item for a Nighthawk which has been working great since I installed it. It’s too bad, because I really wanted the Orbi to work as advertised, but it was just a big failure for me.

I'm only giving 3 stars because I believe this product is awesome. However, I'm having issues getting my Google mini to stay connected or connect at all. I haven't contacted the company yet (very busy). So in saying that, I believe that it's user error or improper placement of router and satellite. I have high hopes for this product. Will possibly update review in a couple of weeks.

Kept getting low bandwidth messages with Spectrum. Since purchasing the Orbi we have had no issues.
