    I had had nothing but problems with my Netgear Orbi. Constantly drops connected devices including my, smart home devices, Amazon Echos and Samsung S8+. Netgear has been slow to release reliable firmware updates. Tired of fiddling with this device. Can't believe I wasted over $400 on this!

    Used to work can't get warranty or product support

    Worked great For a while then I moved, disconnected and now I cannot get to work properly. tried to call support but there isn't any after 90 days. now I'm trying to get warranty but they don't tell you how to get it. based on a complete lack of support I cannot recommend this product anybody it's basically a brick now try somebody else

    Netgear=bad products & worse customer service

    After 2 months of intermittent reliability my satellite stopped receiving/send all together. It took 3 hours on the phone with 3 representatives with Netgears customer service to confirm I had a bad satellite unit. Only options for a fix are to wait 2 weeks for the return process or for me to spend more money to ship at my expense. For how much these cost for home wifi, you'd expect better.

    The system keeps dropping signal daily. You have to constantly search for internet connection. Also there is no phone number to call that I can find for customer support. They just have a link to download app again. It would be nice to have a phone number to call.

    Recieved the products but have not been able to use them. This being that we had an appointment for them to come and set it up for us but no one ever showed up. No email, phone call or text message. Highly upset I understand what we are dealing with when it comes to this virus but a phone call, text or email would have been nice.

    Great Bandwidth and Range, not a Extender Wifi

    My home is 2436 sqf, the modem (Motorola) and main router (Dlink) are located upstairs, I don't have the best of the Internet service, my BW is 15MB, so for my TV downstairs, which is the main one, to watch Netflix movies, and at the same time surfing the internet with other devices, was impossible. But once I replaced my old router with the netgear 3000 and its satellite, everything changed. First, it is very easy to set up, once you link both of them, I put the Satellite downstairs, and so far I havent had any disruption while I am streaming movies and at the same time my daughter is surfing with her IPAD, and I dont need to have different wifi configurations in my devices, because this unit is not an extender, with the satellite, it is a network optimizer, and there is an announcement that states you can add more sattelites, so I am planning to buy a second one to setup one in my backyard.
