I had these since December of last year. They solved every problem I had, range, speed and coveniance. Heck I was even looking into spending over 200$ for an additional satilite just for Ezra coverage even though I didn't really need it. The setup and user interface is quite simple to use. Parental controls are nice too. But that's where this love story ends......yesterday they crashed 4 times. I call the ISP and hey said hay there wasn't anything wrong with the signal. So I called Netgear last evening for some guidance in fixing our issues. You see it was a major issue because we run many connected devices from smart lights to game consoles, oh and we don't have cable tv, so we needed to get it resolved. After many Google searches I finally found a phone number to call for help. Called the number and was told that if I wanted tech support that I would have to pay for a subscription. Pay scription of X dollars a month for a router $400 router? Are you kidding me? Tech support said no sir, your free 90 day tech support ended in February but if you would like to subscribe to our service contract you can for X dollars per month. Wait wait wait so your seriously telling me that I can get help with a $400 router without paying for it? Tech support said well sir if I can fix your issue I won't bill you and we will get your units replaced, however if I do fix it your card will be charged. Nope I'm cool. So buyer beware, if you have issues you may be face with paying a monthly subscription to fix and expensive router. I went to BestBuy last night and bought the Linksys Velop system and so far it's performing well. Good luck!

I love this. Originally I bought an Eero, which I exchanged for the Orbi.
Pros:
-Can install via App
-Blazing fast WiFi speed
-Required fewer units to cover large house
-USB port and several ethernet ports in units
Cons:
-App is low on features
-No parental controls
-Units on the larger side
I am completely able to ignore the slight cons with my download speeds!

My home is about 1400 sqft. I have the modem/router set up in my office. I have Xfinity with Internet speed up to 200 mbps. The desktop computer will reach that speed. With my iPhone I can get up to 50mbps. In my living room I can get about the same but mostly less in my master bedroom around 30mbps. Most of the time I have to use my phone carrier's Internet instead as the WiFi signal is weak in my master bedroom.
I did some research and a buddy told me about this product.
It was easy to install and set up. I was able to get the speed I pay for every where in my home and backyard. Yes, around 200mbps or more. I could not believe the speed on my iPhone as it matched or had faster speed. I love this router. It is a bit pricey but well worth it. It works great with my LG OLED 4K Smart TV, PS4, Xbox One and Switch.
Highly recommend this product.

Comcast upgraded my Internet connection to 300 Mbps recently, but I found that the Linksys EA9500 router I had was throttling my wired connections to 100 Mbps (it's supposed to be Gigabit, but after testing connections I found that was not the case).
I purchased the Orbi AC3000 system to replace a Linksys EA9500 and have been completely satisfied with performance of both wired and wireless devices. I have 19-25 devices connected to my home network at any given time depending on who's home and there have been no issues with dropped connections or moving through the house.
I also prefer the iOS app for the Orbi compared to the EA9500. It has all the features I want for monitoring and testing my connections and is much easier to use.

WOW!! Super easy installation even if you're a numbnuts like me. Don't have to be a super need to get this up and running. I barely know how to turn on the computer, and if I can set this up, anybody can!!
It has a cool little mobile app that you can manage all of your devices from. My download speed is over 700 MBPS and my upload speed is over 800 (whatever the hell that means). Either way, it's no longer running at a glacial pace.

Great Mesh Router

I upgraded from an older Apple Airport Extreme Router which has served me well for many years, but I felt as if I wasn't getting the range (especially in the 5ghz spectrum) and my speeds have seemed to have fallen off a bit. I'm not sure why I waited so long. Although it was a little more than I wanted to spend initially on a new router, the Orbi is outstanding. In a two-story house (with the base router in basement and satellite on the main floor), I easily cover the enter house with 5ghz, and the speeds have more than doubled - I'm finally getting my 100 Gbps down through the cable provider. I also can now hit all of my yard which I wasn't able to do with the older router. Routers vary a lot depending on many factors, but this was the best tech purchase I have made in a while as I'm seeing great returns on the investment.

I purchased this system after speaking with someone at Best Buy. I got the 2 pack. Works great! House is about 3,250sq/ft and we have full coverage in the entire house with exceptional WiFi speed. We have about 12 devices hooked up from TVs, tablets, laptops and some hard wired Macs and get full signal on everything. Even my phone gets a good signal out in the yard. We had the optimum router originally but was getting bad coverage and the ability to plug the Ethernet directly into the computer was a plus to take advantage of the full signal. I'm on the Optimum 200 plan and get the full 200down and 35up. Obviously these numbers change a bit during peak hours depending on how many people in the neighborhood are sucking up bandwidth but so far this unit seemed to help greatly. Expensive for a router yes but worth it to me to not have WiFi drop out when uploading files.

Great product! Easy to set up. Solved my problem with loss of speed when away from the primary router. A bonus was not having different extenders to have to choose from. This system only shows one network and covers a large area.

I love the speed the router provides. We were having issues streaming with the speed of a 8 year old router. Continiously keeps the speed above the providors garuntee. It is expensive, but definately worth the price with the coverage and speed.

Was a little worried at first since my house is only 2000 square feet. I thought it would be to small and having the satellite to close would interfere with the router. Since I've plugged it in and updated the firmware, this has been the best wifi experience I've ever had. Love the extra satellite because I have it right next to my PS4 and desktop so I can have a wired connection for gaming. The wifi has excellent signal strength no matter where I am in my house. I currently pay for 500 mbs and I consistently get 500+ wifi and wired. I originally upgraded from the r7000 to the nighthawk ax6000. After a day with ax6000 ($400) I took it back due to the terrible range and speeds. Took a chance with the orbi ac3000 and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend!

Replaced a Netgear Nighthawk router with this setup and it's been great! Connectivity has been extended as well as speed. Really easy to setup, good app and the unit itself looks good too.
