I thought this one would speed my wifi up a little because of the three Netgear routers in this class this one was rated best. I think it is slower than the one rated good. Not very impressed.

This router is barely giving 25 MBPS download speed on speed test with wifi which is not I am not expecting with 300 MBPS internet connection and the modem is giving me more than 300 MBPS wired.

I was expecting that this product would fix my problem with range in my house but it is no better than my previous model. I am still going to need to buy a range extender. Not happy about that after the recommendation.

Doesn't give you the speed it says it does, I ended up returning it for a better modem router combo.

It may be my Verizon router but I got this to decrease our dropped signal problems. It does help a bit - but we still are losing internet signals when more than two applications are accessing the internet.

I bought it with great recommendations from a few people but when I brought the device home it did not worked. Had to take another trip to the store and got a Wi-Fi Extender that did the job!

I have used this router for around two months, and it has been very good and strong when it works, sometimes it does not work with the modem that I have.

    Worst Wifi Router I owned

I bought this router to make a dual network for my 5GHz and 2.5GHz devices, All was done very easily. Speed of the wifi deteriorated immediately after installing this router, When I connected to my first and second wifi and tested my speed using comcast speed result website and given my speed is 54Mbps, the router cut it down to 15Mbps and when I connected directly through LAN I got 50-51 again. Thinking that I am doing something wrong, I installed my old router again and voila 48 Mbps. This router is doing something which cuts your speed. If you don't care about how much speed you are getting this may be suitable to you Otherwise don't bother buying it.

I was adviced by my cable provider to upgrade from a G-wireless to an N-wireless to increase the speed of my internet connections. So far I have not seen this to be the case. It is still slow!

Purchased this to use with new HDTV's and needed a wireless router. Turned out that I didn't need this item and the fact that it interferred with the atomic clock was just enough to disappoint me.

I'm not happy that the only two solutions to my problem are to go back to the store and buy the next model up or go plug into the thing when I need to print... NOT TOO HAPPY AT ALL!

I have had to reset the unit several times over a short period of time. The Best Buy Rep recommended this unit over the Belkin Unit. I guess my expectations were too high.

It was easy to setup but had very weak antennas. Can not handle a large home. I would say about 1000 sf max.

definitely not the easy to install wireless router that the Best Buy salesman said it was. took a computer expert two hours to get it set up and running.

2.4 Ghz Fails and weak connection

I had this model for about 2 weeks. Late last week the 2.4 Ghz lost connection and nothing will connect to it. It states the password is incorrect even if I change the password to it or copy and past the password from the Netgear App. The Netgear App is not all that user friendly. After checking the Netgear help page I noticed there were a lot of issues with the 2.4 Ghz failing and week connections. I would suggest you choose any other router if possible.
