The "geek" came as scheduled and connected my old stereo equipment to Sonos speakers, and made sure I understood how everything worked. He was patient and took the time to explain things in a way I understood. He came a couple of weeks ago, and I've been delighted every day since.

The two Best Buy specialists who came in quickly isolated the problem and fixed the issue within ten minutes. Since they were there, I asked them so other questions and they answered these questions as well. Both guys were very personable. Two thumbs up.

Flexible on time he came - waited for me to get off work. Very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I had. My only suggestion would be allowing the customer to use the remote as he's showing them things. He was so quick and knew where to go that I wasn't able to learn that while he was here.
