My sound bar was installed ghe tech was very helpful and informative of the install.

Alex was very knowledgeable and helpful. Im not understanding the communication between the store and geek Squad, they sent the geek Squad out with no information about what they were suppose to be doing? I was truly disappointed to the point that i was about cancel entire order. Im still not totally satisfied with the performance of the products that i have. This was not a pleasant experience including the credit card. I am totally satisfied with Alex from geek Squad, he was very helpful. If not for Alex being so helpful with a good attitude i would have canceled order.

The agent, Timothy, was THE BEST. Explained everything, set up everything. Very neat and courteous. I deal with Best Buy because of the outstanding customer service

The agents installed and mounted two TV's plus a sound system. They also gave me instructions and made sure it was to my satisfaction.

They got my sonos working with my xbox one x with optical as I connect it a curved dell monitorl. doesn't really need the ethernet connect to the sonos if xbox one x is already is. Also had to be reset a few times to get connection to the latest sonos app and updated. The squad did a great job.

Overall my Geek Squad did a great job! They obviously know their business and were thorough and competent. I had two techs here doing my install. I would give one of them a five star, and the other would get a three or four. Robbie gets the five star as he was personable, patient and knowledgeable. Jeff? Would get the the 3 or 4 star because he had an attitude. I understand he might have been frustrated because my ceilings were ten feet tall, that my ceiling access is out in the garage and that he had to do a bit of detective work to locate the wires that were left in the ceiling specifically for the speakers, but his attitude was on display to me. He made me feel like i was putting him out. The end result was great and I love all my system installation. I just wish he had a better attitude when representing Best Buy.

I have met with 3 different Geek Squad Employees form the local Best Buy store in Pueblo Colorado. All 3 employees have been Very Professional, Polite and answered every question that my wife and I asked. Each install was done quickly and correctly

The two Best Buy specialists who came in quickly isolated the problem and fixed the issue within ten minutes. Since they were there, I asked them so other questions and they answered these questions as well. Both guys were very personable. Two thumbs up.

The "geek" came as scheduled and connected my old stereo equipment to Sonos speakers, and made sure I understood how everything worked. He was patient and took the time to explain things in a way I understood. He came a couple of weeks ago, and I've been delighted every day since.

My TV wires connected to my Internet for me, too access various applications. I was very pleased with the technicians explanations and work performance.
