Loved this scooter. It is very fun to ride. I really wished I got it with suspension though. App is very helpful and responsive. It fits under my chair on the subway with ease.

This scooter is perfect for getting around. It is fast to charge. It keeps a charge. And the water resistance is just right. It folds down for conveniences and is not too heavy for my 13 year old to carry. All in all I will be buying again for the next child

Lots of fun recommended to anyone that’s looking for transportation under $1000. It does everything it says it’s gonna do up to every expectation

Comfortable to handle & ride. Like the app that helps in mapping the route. Also enjoy the locking capabilities in the app. A bit heavy, but the ride is smooth.

A well made, sturdy machine. Top speed is as listed, as is the max range (although only in econo mode). Real world range with a upwards of 250 max weight on board in turbo mode is more like 20 mile

I’m using this to commute to work. 3 miles each way. Great on flat smooth surfaces. Uses lots of juice to get home as I live in a hilly neighborhood. Lack of suspension makes for a rough ride but overall it works as advertised.

ivm so happy with my NIU max ive had it a few short weeks have put 200 miles on it, its been great on my commute to work 2 miles each way.

It is the best scooter I have ever bought. It has a smooth and very fast handling.

Bought this a week ago and its a great scooter. Max speed is 20mph unless you change the mode.. I would recommend this item.

I am so enjoying my Niu kick scooter. It is exactly as advertised and I am enjoying learning a new way to get around and recreate. I am completely happy with this purchase.

Nice. I should have bought this instead of their latest Air model, which I do not recommend. The max has great speed and stability. I hope the bluetooth connectivity holds up.

Good looking Scooter, & very fast, after 2nd week, started to make noise once i went faster than 15 mph. I sent it back

First impressions scooter is packaged well and out of the box pretty impressed. I had an issue with rear tire holding air once I figured that out it was good! But then the front tire felt out of balance at higher speeds felt bumpy. NIU based on their website wants you to send the scooter back to them to fix it. Too much of hassle thank you Best Buy for standing by returns at this point I was frustrated and rather spend my money on a scooter without issues at this price range.

Very happy, using to get around racetrack. I’m 6’3 230 and run 23mph easy. VERY HAPPY

perfect for going to work, you just have to check the air in the tires every 3 days
