Not content with the method of delivering the product. I purchased the product in store on Friday, and was told I would receive an email on how to download the product. It is now Monday and after speaking to 6 different best buy agents I finally received the link on how to download, but now I don't have access to the serial number. Don't waste your time purchasing this product via digital download.
