My OKAI scooter arrived very fast. Setup was a breeze. The scooter has 3 speed modes. The headlight and ambient lights help to see and be seen. I love my new scooter

Good handles good speed for a first time rider, love the lights on it as well!

As promised, I had to grab another one of these scooters. Went with the white one this time, and I dig it. We now have a pair (black and white) and they cruise! Assembly is simple, and once you download and sync the scooter you're ready to go. The 3 governing speeds are great if you have younger kids. These are extremely well built, very solid machines. Highly recommend!!

This item gets its work out each week. We use this to travel around race tracks. Traveling from our truck to trailer and other locations around the track. This item rides great on dirt, in grass, over small packed gravel, and other conditions found at local dirt tracks.

This scooter is reliable, highly visible, and FUN. The folding mechanism doesn't work sometimes. Unlike some reviews that say that the handle doesn't lock in place, I have a problem folding it. The app is missing promised features, like changing the color of the light. The eco mode includes a flashing front light for some reason. I do not believe this scooter has a range of 25 miles. I am 99 lbs. and going back and forth from work, which is 1.2 miles away, three times a week has the battery down to 1/4.

Cool scooter. You definitely won’t get the 25 mile range. You will probably get 12-15 miles. Speed is good enough. Fun to ride around the beach or downtown

First E-Scooter, had about 2 weeks now. Runs as expected and price was amazing with Deal of Day. Chose the II because of longer range and battery.

BUYERS BEWARE!! If something is broken after you buy this scooter and you call the manufacturer (OKAI) to get it repaired because it's still in warranty, just BE ADVISED that they will want to ship your scooter to a repair shop in California that doesn't do business with them anymore. Your scooter will be lost and OKAI will not take any responsibility. Calling the support is useless as the person on the line, who is the same person if you call or email them named Jaime, will not help you at all. He will just dismiss you and will not take any minimal effort to solve the problem or even track where you freaking scooter is. He said that he would need an approval from his management in China. My scooter has been with them for more than a month and I still haven't heard anything back from them. Shady business practice to steal money from costumer. Be careful!

The scooter is 100 % great overall but a few tweaks. The power button get stuck inside and switching to different rides mode becomes nearly impossible unless you control it from the phone. Also the tire wear out early

Sleek professional design. Enough power to go uphill at a decent speed. This is also not as heavy as some other models. Definitely recommend for commuting or exploring city bike paths and parks. The brake can be a little sensitivity. I got this on sale at $399
