Love the bike but the app disent work they need to fix it other then that perfect for 1,500$

Nice heavy bike. Works good as a commuter bike. Had a warranty issue with the headlight but okai took care of it and replaced it fairly quickly

The reason for the two stars is the bike looks good. I used this bike to commute to work, and it was working fine for two months, and then it stopped working. I could not figure out what the problem was, and customer support was nonexistent. I guess this was a $1300 loss.

I thought for a $2,000 ebike it would have been a more shoother and comfortable ride. The suspension didnt take any of the bumps and cracks in the road. The seat itself was very uncomfortable and hard. So i returned mine.

This fat tire ebike is a beast of a bike. The 750 Watt motor has plenty of power and gets up to speed quickly. Although I am surprised that it only has a top speed of 20 mph considering it has a 750 watt motor. The fat tires and the front suspension make for a very smooth ride no matter what terrain you are riding on. The mechanical disc brakes provide plenty of stopping power despite the size and weight of the bike. Between the gorgeous Mariner Blue paint and the built in ambient led lighting this bike turns a lot of heads...or maybe people are looking because they think I look silly on this bike. The built in color display is easy to use but the app required to change things like the color of the led lighting is kind of a nightmare. As far as the battery and range is concerned...when fully charged it says you have 42 miles remaining. I have been riding a 12 mile loop on most nice days for the past month and after 12 miles it says I have 77% battery life and 23 miles remaining.

This bike took 2 weeks to be delivered to my house and still isn’t here.

Such a fun and yet challenging off road bike, love it! We were back and forth about buying these bikes especially two as my hubby is not into exercising but, these bikes offer something for everyone. I ordered the bikes on line super easy and they were delivered a day ahead of time, very fast. There are parts to be put together and although the directions could be a little more descriptive it was quite easy to assemble. It’s great that the battery is somewhat charged out of the box so you can ride it right away. Definitely recommend downloading app right away so you can walk thru all the options this bike has to offer, it’s so cool! It’s very sturdy, love the bigger off road tires and the distance you can go before charging again. At this time so new to owning the bike I really have nothing negative to say. It’s an awesome purchase, super fun, great to do together and fun to travel with RV so we can jump on and go wherever we want and explore! Definitely recommend buying!

Great Bike! Iive in the country and now plenty of gravel roads are in play. Works great on pavement as well. I've ridden a standard bike for many years for a cardio work out. I can still get a great workout and can cover so much more ground in the same amount of Time.

I was initially disappointed with the Ranger, but after a few months, the customer service team got in touch with me and sent everything necessary to fix my battery issues. They assisted me throughout the repair process, which took a couple of days. So far, the bike is running fine without any issues.

this bike ia very strong powerfull and fastr than others and go up to 45 mil speed battery last longer like 80ml one charge i just like it im very happy whit.

This eBike is an off road delight. I rode it 25 miles and it still has 33% of the battery life left. The assembly took me about 25-30 minutes. The front suspension rides real nice with the 4" fat tires. The front light and ambient light comes in handy at night. The quality is amazing and the value is excellent.

It got excellent speed and can go on for miles. The seat is very comfortable unlike any other bike and design wise it look amazing.
