Geek squad is amazing they always get me set up to win !

The geek squad fixed my computer. Although I thought the price was high and the work not guaranteed after 30 days my computer is still fixed. Your employee was kind courteous and professional! He definitely knew what he was doing. I am a loyal customer and had several problems when purchasing this computer. I should not have been charged 264.00 dollars for services.

awesome...agent was knowledgeable, super professional, neat and fast, recommended purchasing a few upgrades, I bought them and he installed them right away- easy peasy... Very delightful and top notch - that a rare mix. "Geek Squad Forever-Forever Geek Squad"! Have not regretted

I am extremely pleased with Geek Squad in-home service of today, I was called ahead of time to confirm their coming, and another call to say they would arrive in 10 minutes. They installed the air filter and water filter speedily and showed me how to move one of the shelves, enabling me to clean the shelves quickly and get all the food back in to save it spoiling.

Marco Williams is by far the best human being I have ever met in my life. He is patient, kind, understanding, knowledgeable on all computer topics, helpful, and a complete joy to have to my home!! He helped me understand my computer as a 60 year old who was never raised with computers, and with limited knowledge. I am a novice, but he treated me with the utmost respect and kindness, and answered questions professionally and without making me feel stupid for asking. He taught me in a way that was understandable for my level of only basic knowledge. I LOVE MARCO!! He has come to assist me several times and I now consider him to be a great friend. He is a treasure and an amazing man. He deserves the highest recommendation I can offer, and Best Buy Geek Squad has a tremendous asset in Marco Williams. He always follows up with me and goes the extra mile to help. He should get a large raise. He lights up a room and is always positive and uplifting to everyone he meets. There are no words to describe how amazing Marco is, and what an asset he is to your company. I cannot wait until he comes over again and shares his immense knowledge and expertise in his field of employment. I have never met a man as outstanding and honorable as Marco. He is heaven sent!! He is polite and respectful, and never makes me feel inadequate and he treats his clients as if they are special and as important as any other client he serves. It is a pleasure to know Marco and have him teach this novice all about my computer. He is friendly, always professional and brings a smile to all of his clients faces!! I consider Marco to be the best human being I have ever met in my 60 years, and I completely trust and love him!! What a man of integrity and high moral character. The agent, Shane, was entirely amazing from start to finish. He adjusted his schedule to accommodate my day-sleeper lifestyle; he called the day before our appointment as was indicated in the Best Buy text confirmation and then, as I had personally requested, Shane called the day of to confirm again and to tell me he was wrapping up his previous appointment. He told me how long it would take for him to arrive at my house. He was right on time and got right to work. There's no question that Shane is a smart, well-mannered and well-trained tech. He was tasked with improving my Wi-Fi and setting up my new Chromebook. He did both at once! While recovering my heretofore overloaded and inaccessible email account on my PC, during the minutes-long periods it took for some email and Wifi processes to go into effect, Shane smoothly transitioned to setting up my new Chromebook. He did this back-and-forth wizardry several times over the 90 minutes he was working in my office (he was scheduled for a two-hour visit, but was fast and efficient, and did not require that much time). Throughout doing these two assignments until they were completed, Shane pleasantly and knowledgeably explained what he was doing, and why; answered my questions, both relevant and inane, with patience, courtesy and aplomb. Now my email is in top-notch shape, my Wifi is in fine working order, and my new Chromebook is all set. Many thanks to Shane for swiftly and flawlessly fixing the tech issues I had. I'm now worry-free and happy that my tech troubles are over. If I need computer help in the future, I'll be sure to ask for Shane. I would encourage other Best Buy customers to do the same.

I requested the agent who resolved a computer issue in my home on 5/22 because I was so impressed with his knowledge, thoroughness, and professional when he first came to my home to resolve another computer issue previously. It is, in large part, because of his excellent work and commitment to resolve computer issues, that I continue to renew my Total Geek Squad membership. The cost is definitely worth the cost of membership due to the peace of mind I get when I need at-home computer troubleshooting.

The gentleman did a great job at fixing the problem with my computer. He did it quickly. efficiently and was very respectful in his behavior. He gave helpful suggestions and answered my questions thoroughly and in a way I could understand.

Your representative Kadian was very professional in appearance and interpersonal skills as he resolved my computer problem. He kept me informed as he proceeded step by step and he worked very quicky. Thank Kadian for a job well done and Geek Squad for having such a knowledgeable and professional technician.

Had a great day at Best Buy today! Able to easily make an appointment online, walked right into the store and while the experts worked on my computer, I went shopping. Everywhere I went within the store, there was someone knowledgeable to help with questions. Walked out of the store with my laptop, working great and a new Dyson cordless vacuum and printer ink. Great service.

After the initial home visit with Matthew Mariani, I had another question for him. I emailed him and he returned my email and we coordinated a phone call at which he answered my questions. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. Great interacting with him.

Ben was knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant. He answered all my questions patiently. I would recommend him to anyone and would be more than happy to have him work on my computer/printer/accessory issues any time.

Agent Eric got my computer to operate again ... the nonresponsive monitor now 'answers' my demands. Was apparently a bad mouse-keyboard connection (quite an old mouse) and a new mouse solved that problem, plus checking/testing the printers and scanner. It's so great - in these days of "just bring your laptop in" - to have technicians who actually come to your house to work on an installed system ... with LOADS of peripherals. No way I can "bring it in"! :-D So impressed with both Agent Eric and Agent Wilson (two previous visits for other issues). They're extremely knowledgeable and competent. No complaints, just a hearty "THANKS!"

Besides putting together my TV stand in a flash, they took care of all that had to be done and taught me how to operate new system without cable. Took away everything I didn't need and cleaned up entirely. What more can I say except they were polite and patient.

Matt is an AWESOME TRCH !! He provides awesome service, very knowledgeable and very friendly. He makes it very easy to understand computer issues in a way that you can understand.

I can only say that 'stupid is as stupid does' and I could kick myself that I did not join Geek Squad several years ago. The help that I have received from the Geek Squad cannot be measured in dollaramounts. They have virtually kept me using my computer on a regular basis. I am not to swift when it comes to computers, but I use one constantly in areas of human rights, animal rights, civil rights, etc. I rely on the computer day in and day out and before I joined the Geek Squad I relied on individuals that worked in the field of computers and every single one turned out to be unrelible and were not to be trusted. I no longer suffer from those concerns that they did not show up, charged to much, gave me awful advice, etc. I am so pleased to be able to go for help from a staff at Geek Squad that knows what theyare doing. What a difference!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Geek Squad Agent installed the monitors to my computer system and troubled shot everything to insure they were connected properly and everything functioned as it was supposed to with minimal interruption to my operations.
