I spent a number of hours on phone with numerous emails to get it to work. Some of the controls do not work with an LG Smart TV that is connected to Dish Network. I finally figured out workarounds to get it to work Okay but not easy. My wife simply gave up trying to use all the workarounds.

Excellent remote! Can point it anywhere and everything still works unlike several remotes I've tried where you have to point right at the device you're trying to control.
