Not working…again. New batteries but still can’t use the functions. If you press repeatedly, it will sometimes work. Very frustrating.

This remote sucked, i don't suggest unless you want it for a basic tv with no other equipment.

Disappointed so I returned it. It's not back-lit. That doesn't help me. Also, bring back a sleep timer!!

Basic remote for your daily viewing. Good replacement for the one the dog chewed up.

Like other users, I am tech savvy and had a yerrible time programjng this temote. Get one device connected, try to connect a second and the first one would lose connection. Finally got 6/8 devices connected and working. Turned everything off to test and all devices lost connection. This was sadly a poor choice. Also, Apple TV would not connect. Only one code for Apple and it would not pair. Boxed up the relote and returned it.

waste of money and effort. It says 8 devices, but actually means only 1 of each but not 2 of any type, so you can't use this for two streaming devices (Tivo, Roku, Fire, Chromecast, etc...). Plus teh "programmable buttons are preprogrammed with device types and you cannot program your own. Maybe the most useless "smart" remote I have ever encountered.

I would not buy this again. It says universal and that it will work with everything you have (I did a lot of research on it before I bought). However, it does not. I still had to use separate remotes and made it pointless to have bought this.

Finally a remote that actually works with my fire tv, sound bar/stereo and cable box. The app is also great in helping your program the remote, and even making the remote chirp if lost. I have used that more than once already haha.trust me, get it!

Difficult to program and not always turn on and off multiple devices as directed.

It’s a pretty well-constructed remote that has a simpler automatic programming feature for the better-known brands. I had no trouble connecting this remote to a Samsung TV, an LG Blu-Ray player (whose included remote is horrible), and a Denon AV receiver. Only big miss is the lack of full illumination (though the mode selections are lit). Also appreciate that the battery cover is secure and difficult to remove. It was a pain to install the batteries but at least the kids won’t be breaking the tabs off the cover again.

The idea is great, but the ergonomics is lacking and ease of use is definitely lacking. Wish I could return it.

It was hard to figure out how to set up. The TV and cable box require moving between devices in order to use. The tiny grey print in the instructions did not help much.

Works okay. Nothing like the Logitech 665 with LCD screen that has been discontinued.
