Very simple to program work with all my remotes everything’s now and the one no hiccups no problems Great Buy good value

Someone lost my tv control and i was lucky to find this control that not only does it control my tv but it can also control my sorround sound which is great.I get to also turn on my play station with it!

This universal remote almost does it all. Sometimes we have to get the individual remotes to pause and record programs on cable, But it works on all other aspects. The main problem is it is very complex and you have to learn a programing series in order to even turn on the various utilities it controls.

We lost our small remote and replaced it with this. In my opinion this remote works better than the one that is provided with the TV. The buttons are not sensitive and this is big enough to find anywhere. The instructions are very long but if you take the time then it is easy to connect. I would suggest YouTube for this one.

Easy to set up and use. The app on phone is a life saver when you misplace the remote

Programming is hit and miss. Tried to use the app to add devices but it requires you to know what country your device is from in order to find the brand. Tried to connect it to my Apple TV but all it could do is make the light blink on the device and the lack of separate navigation arrow buttons made it impossible for the Apple TV to learn the proper commands. Finally gave up. Very sparse instructions provided by the manufacturer and help is near impossible to get.

Works fine until you want an exact channel and their way of choosing a channel is very difficult to do in the small amount of time to choose the numbers WITHOUT a true channel selection

Great at the basics. Trying to replace the Harmony hub system and it’s not quite enough remote to pull that off. At the $50 price point you can’t really expect that level of sophistication. Will be trying to get some macro programming done to get as close as I can.

The fact that i can add 8 devices - is awesome - 1 remote all the stuff - Set up was a breeze with the App - no more typing in 100 codes searching for the one that makes your tv function. Love. Totally Recommend

We love this remote. We had one originally, but our puppy destroyed it. I knew I was getting a new one as a Christmas present and in doing research could not find one that appealed to me. I saw this and knew I just needed to order it again.

Although my STB is in their database, the remote would not control the STB until I did learn for every key. My other devices were easy. The activity macro was a little tricky as well because I needed a pause. Tech support was responsive and attempted to be helpful. In the end I have a working universal remote.

I was skeptical about it working as advertised. It was simple to set up, and I have all but one of my devices connected. Bummer is it doesn't work with my fire box. Different signal... But I have all my apps from my fire box now loaded on my TV.. so it doesn't matter. One remote is so much better than using the 4 I had ..

Love how easy it it to set up and use, as well as how many items i can operate with one remote.

It is very easy to set up and use it. I connected it with my 4 samsung tv devices so far, and it works very well.

Doesn't work for my Superbox. Thirty minutes of trying codes Couldn't get it to work. Works great on the TV and soundbar

Way too many buttons for our needs but works well and easy setup.
