What I like of it is that i can control multiple devices but I have to reprogram it because the devices don't work with it properly

I needed a replacement remote, and this was perfect. I was able to easily connect and program to my TV. I’ve had it for a while and it is still working great

This remote is beautifully designed and feels good in my hand. The remote did not program easily as it took numerous attempts to function. There is no illumination so forgot seeing it if you're watching a movie with the lights out. Customer service by phone (rare these days) is good and comes from the Netherlands. So their English is better than Americans, lol! The downside is you have to call in the morning or early afternoon if you're in the States due to the time different. This is still better than talking to a guy in India and hearing goats in the background. I still need to call CS as I can't seem to get the Activities to work and I'm no beginner to electronics. I got a tv from a co-worker but the remote that came with it wouldn't turn on or off the tv so I purchased this universal remote and now I can properly use and enjoy the tv.

It was good . We were struggling to find connect tv with remote but figured it out. You have to reread to understand how it work with tv and switch to cable on that remote.

This remote was so helpful in replacing my broken analog to digital converter box. It also works with the new functions on new remotes for TVs with streaming buttons, and more!

This remote was very "controlling". Actually, too controlling! It is no doubt a good product but too technical (even with the instructions) for someone like me, non-technical. Had it been a bit more "user friendly", I would definitely have kept it. I did however return it and was promptly give a refund! Thank you, Best Buy!

Good product. I use it to control my Samsung television and audio recorders.

The remote functions properly, but I have two complaints: 1) It would be nice if the back of the remote was flat so you could press the buttons with one hand while it sat on a flat surface. 2) No back light for the buttons? Really?

This actually worked. I misplaced my original remote for my BluRay player. And this universal remote worked right out of the box.

Great product. Worth the money we spent. We wanted a good remote that wasn’t cheap in quality. We found it.

Works very well. Using as a replacement for Harmony remote. Only drawback is no lighted keypad.
