One Remote to Rule Them All

We had to replace our Logitech Harmony remote (it lost its mind) and Logitech got out of the remote business. So ... Called Geek Squad and they recommended this remote. We didn't program it because our Total Tech subscription allowed in house tech installation and setup. Total Tech is a great program. It operates a little differently from other remotes we've had but after about 30 minutes, we got used to it. Great build quality and flexibility for multiple devices!
