Customers are delighted by the fluid gameplay, exciting action, and deep combo system in Onechanbara ZII: Chaos: Banana Split. Many praised the hack-and-slash mechanics and enjoyable music. However, some found the storyline lacking. The game's overall positive reception is largely driven by its engaging combat and visuals.

The combat is the main thing for this game (if you don't count the unique character visuals#. The combat system is similar to Dynasty/Hyrule Warriors with a little more depth. There are multiple weapons for each character and combo chains with specific timing will improve the strength and speed of the moves. However, this is NOT a character action game with combat as deep as Bayonetta or Devil May Cry.
One playthrough is short. It can run you from several hours #if you rush objectives# to around 6 hours #if you aim for higher points#. However, there are 3 additional difficulty levels that are unlocked with each subsequent playthrough. There are also 40 one-stage missions with different rules #i.e. kill 50 enemies with air attacks).
Overall, fun game with almost mindless, but satisfying button bashing with risqué character designs and unlockable accessories for the heroines.

Well not exactly but close enough. I had been waiting for a title like this one for my PS4. Sure you can get a dude jumping around with Devil May Cry. But Ladies in Bikinis with katanas and chainsaws A+!!!!
I watch a lot of Anime. Vampire, zombie, samurai, hacking over the top action. The story is your typical Japan Anime. The action has combo stacks which give you great on screen visuals slicing through zombie hordes.
No dull moments.

This game is very fun to play (if you like hack & slash games). It is also very "adult" visually, so this might not be a game you wanna play around children (if you care about stuff like that). The game is about 4 females (two of which are vampires) fighting hordes of zombies.
The game gets even more visually entertaining if you happen to get your hands on the "Banana Split" outfit for the girls. LMAO, smh.

Not really a game for everyone. If you're into general japanese style games then you'll probably enjoy this.

This isn't the best onechanbara game but it's worth it I guess. The older ones are better
