Unfortunately, I am going to return my Ooma office set up. Rather excited about it. Tried to use it, and quality was very good. However in my business, I need to use 3 way calling. To my dismay, the Ooma office or business set up does not offer this. It took me at least 45 minutes of "chat" with someone who did not know this, and I finally gave up and called in, spoke to someone in the office division, who apologized, but said it was not an option at this time. Conferencing is available (multiple people call in on one conference). But the simple act of conferencing in someone in a "3 way" is not even on the radar.

Looking for VoIP solutions for your home or office

Purchasing Ooma VoIP for my office was supposed to be an easy process and has become a waking nightmare. On the website they claim that setup is 20 minutes when actually setup took about two weeks of purchasing and returning phones plus misleading information from the sales team. We wanted to use this system for our office so we needed multiple phone lines. The salesperson explained that each phone line required a Linx box system to remotely pair with the base system, so we bought 5 Linx boxes. Later, we find out that only 4 Linx boxes can be paired with the base system, and to pair any additional boxes you would need to purchase another base. This would have been useful to know when we made the original purpose.
Customer service? Another unpleasant experience. We have the Ooma Office version, however when you redirect from the Ooma office portal to the support section the phone number is for residential. Every single time I call in to support they gather all my information and then transfer me, wasting even more of my time. Where is the Oooma office support number? The customer service team is very obviously outsourced and we constantly face communication barriers because of accents. Additionally, most of the representatives I speak to are very rude and try to redirect me to the impossible to navigate website.
Once we finally get the system hooked up, 3 weeks later, the sound quality is abysmal, and transferring calls is a puzzle. I wish we had stayed with standard landline service because our experience with Ooma has been nothing but anguish. I wish I had a better VoIP solution to recommend you, but right now I would just say anything but Ooma.

OOMA Phone service is adequate but there are a few problems that need to be overcome in order to match services like RingCentral. The mobile app needs work as well. Can not beat the price for OOMA Phone Service!

Great quality calls and easy to setup. Works very well for us. We use both landline phones and mobile devices. Looking forward to having a good mobile app at some point..

I both for home and works fine, but I do not receive a lot of calls, I want it just for have an home phone. Then I bought the office version for my business and since them problem all the time, fax does not work and they can't fix it, when we answer after we say 4 times hello hello, the other side can hear us, support ? incompetent at all, looking for a different system but very careful because I can't lose my numbers.
in Brief NO NO NO NO.
The price is also a cheat, they offer Business phone line for $ 19,00 but the office come with a "Link" so you need to pay $ 19 for the linea and $ 19 for the Link for access the phone linee so its $ 38 for 1 Line and second line other $19 bohhhhh
