A little bit of a learning curve at first but after burning a few pizzas, was able to master it. Make sure you check the temp before popping in the pizza. First pizza went in at 1100 degees and charred the outside but raw on the inside.

However, it can be a little messy when trying to get it going, some of the wood pellets do end up falling into the pizza stone, so you have to make sure that it's fully cleared before placing your pizza inside. It is hungry so be prepared to feed the wood pellets consistently. With that said it does make pizzas well.

Use a dough with less sugar or crust will burn. This is a fun thing to have, don't forget the peel
