First time buying a case from this brand. It does not disappoint, it fit perfectly on my new galaxy and I even dropped it a couple times by accident and no damage to the phone or even on the case maybe a minor indent on the case but hardly noticeable. It probably saved me hundreds of dollars if I did not have that case.

I bought 3 of them they are excellent to the phone protector If you ever drop your phone you are safe your phone is safe I recommend it To everyone Family and friends

This S21 case fits perfect/snug- all controls/buttons perfectly aligned and its not bulky.

Overall good fit, except for the right corner where the volume buttons are located, the rubber protective part of the case has warped/stretched out a bit, so now you can see right through the side of the phone to the back of the case and doesn't protect the screen as much. Gets dust and dirt behind the phone from this open part. Wanted to get an exchange, but with warranty, I have to pay for shipping. Wouldn't this be more of a manufacturers defect?

Very great phone case and it fits well on my phone! I love it

This product is junk and so is the Otterbox warranty cost to replace. The rubber started separating on both the original purchase and the replacement warranty. So, after paying original price and this happening, I paid for shipping/processing with Otterbox for a replacement. Then, after 6 months, the same thing started to happen to my replacement. I called Otterbox again and they wanted me to pay again for Shipping/Processing. Myself and family have always used Otterbox but I will be exploring other options.

Case looks nice, sleek, and not bulky. But the right side were the buttons are is sagging almost like the sturdiness of the case is week or its missing rigidity.

Being a die-hard Otterbox customer for years, my typical go-to is the Defender. However, when I first got my S21 Ultra I purchased an Incipio case, since the Otterbox case on my S20 Ultra made it crazy difficult to handle. The case was fine but the material seemed difficult to keep clean and ultimately left me questioning it's durability in the long-run...so I ran back to Otterbox and figured their Commuter line might be a good compromise. It turned out being the perfect compromise! I love this case - it fits on the phone almost like it's part of the phone. There's no bulk but plenty of security and protection and just the right amount of grip so it fits easily enough in your pocket or hand but gives you grab. Supposedly antimicrobial technology is integrated into the case, I'm not sure how legit that is, regardless it's easy to keep clean and feels clean. It doesn't seem to disturb my screen protector and offers a bit of raised beveled protection around the camera.

Purchased for an S21 Ultra. Case doesn't not fit properly. Extremely loose in the upper right side near the buttons

This is the very best case for the s21 ultra. It offers the 2nd best protection of any phone case. A defender pro otterbox might offer better protection but it's too bulky. This one is really slim and fits good in hand and pocket. You combined everything and this is the best case for your phone if you want to protect against accidental drops while not having a case that makes the phone too bulky. I don't trust any other brand to protect my device better than OtterBox

LOVE the Commuter series cases by OtterBox. Feels like you're getting extra protection in a way that's easy to utilize, sensible in form, and handy in its logistics. The ONE qualm I have is pricing (they're costly)- BUT...it's worth the price for this sense of security.* Thank you, Otterbox!

It's been years since I used an OtterBox case on my phone. A few years back, it seemed as if the quality (and overall protection of phones) had gone down. That along with many other brands stepping up their game steered me away from OtterBox. Since I impulse bought my S21 Ultra, I was not able to order a case ahead of time. With phones being as delicate as they are now a days, I didn't want to go a single days with it being naked. While not much bigger, the Defender case seemed too bulky. This Commuter series is just right. Still thin enough to not cause a huge bulge in my back pocket but still enough to provide good protection for my phone. The fact that this case provides a deep enough lip to use a tempered glass screen protector is a bonus. The lip is enough to protect the screen while still allowing you to use the Edge panel.

Great fit, easy to put on. Wears well too. Not that bulky

I had an otter box about 8 years ago. It was a great case. The commuter series is a deffinate step up. The molding tech looks to be even more exact. The fit on this is awsome. I can still feel the touch of all the buttons. The one thing I didnot like about my old otter box was the bubber part was way too soft. It would snagg on everything. It was a fight going in and out of my pocket. They are now using a harder rubber. I think it improves the overall product without sacrificing the protection on the otter box. NICE PRODUCT!!!!

My silicone rubber case was torn, so I needed a new one. I knew of the Otterbox name so when I saw this one I decided to try it. The attention to detail is perfect. This case EXACTLY fits my phone and slips on easily. It is not thin or flimsy. It is obviously made with quality materials. Just an excellent, well made case. A little expensive but well worth the price.

One tough case! Fit & Function is great! All cutouts are precise and accurate. Great protection but at a trade for bulk.

Otterboxes have always protected my phone ever since trade-in programs started. The Commuter series has always been my favorite. It's sturdy, reinforced, and it really gives your the confidence that your phone will survive every accidental drop. Sure, it hides your phone's design, but getting the maximum trade-in value is what's important to me. The only gripe I do have is that the charger protector flap is rather a bit too tight. The flap will cause the charger end to bend. If you use a wireless charger, you got nothing to worry about.

Solid case. The top and bottom protrude considerably higher than the screen - what you'd expect...not too much. The sides actually protrude above the screen slightly also. Perfect and unnoticeable amount, but it offers the increased protection on the curved screen of the S21 Ultra. Great value for this case. Only CON is that it does make an already bulky phone bulkier. Not a deal break but worth noting. I'd think it would be hard to find a case that doesn't with this beast though.

Fits great, decent protecting without being a huge bulky case.
