The case fits fine. I can't tell you whether it protects the phone; I do my best not to drop it. The screen protector has not laid flat, leaving a large bubble across the lower third of the phone. not sure why, can't seem to iron it out. May just replace it with a new one or do without. Phone itself has been great. Easily would acquire another if they remain this good for long enough.

This has saved my phone from destruction on more than one occasion. My complaint is that it adds a lot of bulk to the phone, making it harder to hold the phone. It adds a bit of weight also. And I seriously can't believe how much these Otterboxes cost--it seems excessive. But if you are really hard on your phone, this would be the case to use. If you aren't so hard on them, you can probably get by with a case that's less expensive.

This is a great value. It fits great and its easy to get to all the buttons. Seems to give good protection.

I believe this is the third time I have purchased an otterbox to protect a phone, and I have not been disappointed. I drop my phone, unfortunately, and the otterbox has always provided adequate protection against my drops. In addition to the protection, it fits the phone well enough to still allow me to keep my phone in my top shirt pocket. I definitely recommend this product.

I had this case on my last phone, which ended up face down on the street. By the time I realized and got back to the phone, it had been run over several times. This case was destroyed, but the phone didn't have a scratch on it. Can't ask for more, and it's not bulky. Will own this case for every phone I purchase.

No matter what phone I get, the first purchase I make for it is always the Otter box Commuter case, when available of course. I like that it is very protective yet not as bulky as other cases. The dust ports are a huge thing for me since I work with concrete dust and wood fibers.

This case has great protection, but it was a little too bulky for my needs. I also purchased this with a screen protector and the edges of the case kept pushing up the screen protector. I now have dust under it and have to replace it. I recently purchased the otterbox symmetry case and the edges don't cover as much of the screen or interfere with the protector.

Just the right size. My phone still fits in my pocket, unlike the last case. Accidentally dropped my phone the other day. It landed on the corner, which should have shattered the screen, and was undamaged. I swear by the case.

I have been buying Otter Box cases for several years now and I have never been let down. With my Note 5 being a larger phone this was the best option and smart choice. Have not had a problem as of yet and I love it!!!

This case is pretty good. It doesn't add much bulk to the phone. It is easier to grip the phone with this case but not by much. It's a fairly smooth case and I've dropped my phone a couple of times because of that.

the case is a comfortable fit in my hand, it is a little slick, would be nice to have a little more friction. i'm not a fan of cases, but i know that if i drop my phone this case will protect it from damage

I had an Otterbox before this on an iPhone and loved it. This is the same, and less bulky than some other models. The screen protection is minimal, but enough to protect from minor damage.

I really like the Otter Box phone cases. I had the commuter with the last phone I had and it kept my phone safe and undamaged for over 4 years. I have dropped my phone on several occasions and never had an issue with my phone. It adds slightly more to the phone size and weight than some other cases, but in my opinion, that is worth the piece of mind I have for the safety of my phone. When I just purchased my new Galaxy Note 5, I didn't hesitate or even consider another brand case. I purchased the Otter Box commuter again and have been pleased.

Otterbox hasn't disappointed yet, 2nd case easy to put on phone and very protective. The commuter is very small and compact and light weight.

This is my first otterbox and I love how it contours itself perfectly around the phone, and feels very sturdy with a good grip.

I needed protection for my new note 5 but still wanted to keep it looking slim and trim the commuter series does just that.

Case is typical for Otterbox. Works very well and doesn't add too much bulk to phone. Fits well and comfortable in hand.

The Commuter Otterbox protects my device from damage. It is slim and not bulky which fits inside my pockets.

It does the job, but could be better engineered. The flaps that open for the charging port, and for the headphones tend to knock the charger out of place. Sleek fit though.

Case fits perfect. I have already dropped the phone a few times and no damage done to the phone or case.
