I was impressed with this case because of its double layered protection--a plastic inner shield and a rubber outer shield. However, when I tried to charge the iPhone with a 3-rd party wireless charger, the two layers of distance between the iPhone and charger was too much to sustain a charge cycle. I then purchased the Apple MagSafe charger, which I expected to be more powerful, but was still not able to get a reliable charge. So I made a hole in the outer, rubber case layer the size of the charger (photo 1). The charger fits into the hole (photo 2) and thus has only the plastic case layer to separate it from the iPhone. This seems to have solved the problem. Perhaps OtterBox could consider adding this hole to the rubber back, or at least providing a knock-out so that the customer could enable wifi charging.

Would get 5 stars.. but due to lack of the magnetic inclusion, does not allow cordless charging. The included belt clip works well.

Great case! Home wireless charger pad works with the case on, but the one in the car won’t. Still yet, I love this case. It fits the iPhone perfect.

The holster is sturdy. Works well for me. Does not work with wireless. I don’t use wireless except for watch. A little pricey.

The case is great and looks like it will offer my new phone great protection, but I'm very disappointed that you cannot use a wireless charger with it. I asked the store associate before buying and he said it would work.

The case is fine, but I was under the impression were wireless charging compatible when I bought it and apparently that doesn’t mean mag safe. I’ve been using this brand of case for a long time though and am happy with it.

This case will not charge on all regular wireless charging. I have 2 different types of Anker wireless chargers and it will charge on one, but not the other. I did check other devices to verify both chargers are working properly.

Wish the sides around the screen were raised up higher to better protect the screen and wish it worked with the wireless chargers.

The case was alright, I’m use to the defender series of the 11 Pro Max, I didn’t feel my phone was as protected in this case. The sides of the case were flush with my phone screen, didn’t care for that much. Main reason I returned it was because it didn’t work with my wireless charger.

Great product and gives outstanding protection however; you cannot use your wireless charging device as the case is too thick

Phone is great, but it was presented as being wireless charging capable. I have two different chargers, doesn’t work on either. Have to take phone out of case in order to work.

Did not like the feel of the case, very unpleasant in the hand. The magsafe did not work very well and on a normal wireless charger it had issues kicking in. I think ill stick with the tried and true defender case.

Not wireless charging compatible , not same defender case as ones before it. Offers basically zero protection on the side bezel part. Belt clip being recalled and supposedly new one will fix current belt clip problem.

Love this case, its durability, the way it fits over the Camera to Protect it. I like that it doesnt have the cheap (easy to scratch) plastic screen cover. Only reason for not giving it 4 Stars is that I can not charge my iPhone wirelessly with this case on it. I am getting another charger, not sure if it's just the one I'm using now that is the problem, but it worked fine before I put the case on and it works still with my husbands Android who also has the same Otter case I do.
