    iphone update wont support this model

    It was great while it lasted. Accidentally updated my iphone to 16.3.1 and this charging brick will not work any more. I tried all possible solutions but my other brands are working just fine, except this one. Definitely something OTTERBOX has to look into.

Have you tried using a different charging cable with this Wall Charger to see if that would work? A software update for your device shouldn't be affecting our product like that. However, we'd like to try and get to the bottom of this for you.     Stopped charging after 1 month

    Stopped charging exactly 5 days after the return window expired. Unfortunately have to keep the broken charger now. I've tried 2 different lightning cables, and multiple USB-C to USB-C cables on iphones and tables, and laptops, but it stops charging 1 second after being connected.

    Defective item, would not charge at all. I replaced the cable and then it had me thinking it was my wall outlet that was defective until I tried every outlet possible.

    Does not work. My phone will constantly switch between charging and not charging since the day I purchased it. Probably just a faulty one but I will not be purchasing another.

    For the price you pay i expect faster charging time. Its a good solid product however its not anything special.
