iphone update wont support this model

Accidentally updated my iphone to 16.3.1 and this charging brick will not work any more. I tried all possible solutions but my other brands are working just fine, except this one. Definitely something OTTERBOX has to look into.

Have you tried using a different charging cable with this Wall Charger to see if that would work? A software update for your device shouldn't be affecting our product like that. Stopped charging after 1 month

Unfortunately have to keep the broken charger now. I've tried 2 different lightning cables, and multiple USB-C to USB-C cables on iphones and tables, and laptops, but it stops charging 1 second after being connected.

My phone will constantly switch between charging and not charging since the day I purchased it. Probably just a faulty one but I will not be purchasing another.
