  • Doesn’t hold phone up, doesn’t charge on pad

    The pop socket doesn’t hold the phone up. It just falls right over. Also, it doesn’t charge on a wireless pad like it says it does. If you wiggle it around and find a sweet spot for it, it’ll charge but you can’t just stick it on it like any other case that states it works with a charging pad.

      Hi there!

      We're sorry to hear about the issues you're having with your Otter + Pop case. For the stand, we usually suggest pulling out the PopTop all the way, then pushing down one side. This allows you to use the side that's still popped out as the stand for your phone.
      As for wireless charging, we've tested for compatibility with wireless charging, but we did determine that some PopTop materials may require removal in order to charge properly. We also suggest using chargers that are recommended by the phone manufacturer, as those are the ones we test our cases with.
