I love this ring! I am a current Apple Watch owner and this allows me to wear for quite some time before needing to charge ! I love the fit/color too. I do wish it was a tad thinner, it’s quite thick but aside from that it offers wonderful data that I’ve been interested in tracking (sleep, stress, fitness).

I absolutely love my Oura ring!! The only boy thing is that it scratches easily. I did purchase covers for it, which helps a lot! I love the tracking of my sleep and stress. Great buy, would definitely recommend!

It gives a lot of important information. It’s fun. The only problem that I see is that you can wear it when you do the dishes or other things because it gets scratch too easily.

I got the black oura ring and I love it! So far so great! Has shown me how certain events are stressing me out to high levels and others are relaxing me. Still a little too early to see cycle results however I'm hopeful. So glad I made this investment I forget that it's even on and I'm able to see how well I've been sleeping and what I need to improve for sleep! Glad I went with the 8 because even with some swelling from running around or sleeping it's big but not too snug and a 9 would have been too loose on my middle finger and too tight on my index finger. Battery life is great honestly has lasted me a long time I love that I don't have to charge it everyday!

Oura Ring 4 offers excellent sleep tracking features, along with actionable recommendations for improvement. Its long battery life is a major plus—I don’t need to charge it daily, which makes it convenient for overnight tracking. The activity tracking features are alright.

Great ring. An excellent way to keep track of sleep and daily activities. Long lasting battery (about 3 days.) Charger is included. Lightweight ring is easy to get used to wearing daily. I got the rose gold, the color is not very pronounced, looks gold at different angles.

This ring is so cool. It tracks my heart rate, body temp, sleep, activity, cycle and more. I have a 5 month old so the nights have been a blur, this ring is so helpful for me to know when I woke up with her and how much sleep we got. It entices me to get more exercise and it looks pretty on my finger too!!

The Oura Ring is amazing. It helps track my fitness, sleep and basal rates of metabolism and recovery. I am much more in tune with my health thanks to this device. Too bad Peter Thiel at Palantir has access to my data, but I digress. I sold my soul to big tech when I got my first iPhone in 2012 so, it's not really that a big deal to me lol. 10/10, highly recommend this product.

I tried out the Oura ring for about a week. Seems to work well and track as our should. However, it's not comfortable. First, I used the in store fitting - it's not accurate. The ring was a bit too small but wearable. After a few days I noticed my finger turning white. The ring is also so thick that it constantly put pressure on the other fingers. I started to get bruising. Hopefully they'll fix this in the future, but I returned mine.

I switched over from a bulky smartwatch to the Oura Ring 4, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision. It’s incredibly comfortable—easy to wear throughout the day and, crucially, at night for sleep tracking without any discomfort. While it’s not ideal for lifting weights or certain high-impact activities, it’s simple enough to remove before a workout. The ring’s battery life is excellent, and the companion app provides detailed insights that have really helped me monitor my health and wellness. My one complaint is the subscription fee required to unlock full functionality in the app. As much as I appreciate the excellent quality and data Oura provides, I wish the ongoing cost wasn’t part of the package. Still, if you’re looking for a discreet, reliable wearable for daily and nightly tracking, this is one of the best options out there.

This concept is groundbreaking and helpful for people with and without chronic diseases. It can help you see when your body is under increased stress or chronically under stress so you can make modifications to your lifestyle. My only complaint is how easily the ring scratches.

This ring is a total game changer for tracking your sleep habits. I always liked getting my sleep updates from my Apple Watch but I never liked wearing it in bed. This thing is checks those boxes. A couple things…if you’ve done 3 minutes of reviewing the Oura Ring, you know that it comes with a monthly subscription. It stinks and we all wish the company would get rid of that. Luckily it’s HSA/FSA eligible so it helps soften the sting. Secondly, the lights in the ring are very visible at night so if you get distracted by little flashing lights at night, you may want to really consider staying away. Personally, I don’t think it’s enough to deter anyone from buying the ring but to each their own! Would buy this product again!

I been thinking of getting one for the past year and finally decided to get it with the Black Friday sale and I don’t regret it, it’s not as bulky as I thought it would be and it’s so accurate on everything

Absolutely love this product. Got it to connect with Natural Cycles and to help track my sleep. Would definitely recommend if you want to learn more about your body and to keep track of your cycles hormone free. Only have to charge about every 2-3 days.

I absolutely love my oura ring. It gives me all the information I need on a day to day basis. I love the sleep feature as keeping track of sleep is something I like to be aware about. Would highly recommend investing in this purchase

I absolutely love my ours ring! I will say, the battery does not last me 8 days though. I probably get 5-6 days. I got the brushed silver, but it does still show scratches. Other than that, it is very accurate and comfortable! This is my first ring and I feel like it is more accurate that my Apple Watch as far as activity is concerned. I recommend.

I didn’t think I would like the Oura 4, it ended up me Loving It. It detected my abnormal heartbeat which I was diagnosed with last month. My Sleep score started at 45, so I changed my bedtime routine now I’m at 65. Not the best but better. I like the reminder to get off my butt when sitting too long. I hate wearing rings, but the Oura was very comfortable, Highly recommended.

I have an Apple Watch and didn’t think this would have anything different to track, but I was wrong. I never wore my watch to sleep due to notifications, for that alone the rings is great. BUT…it goes farther, it learns you and your patterns. It tracks your vitals across so many metrics, even your temperature. Tells you how best to do yoir day and activity. It knows yoire getting sick before you do…magic! If yoire curious abput getting this ring, you won’t be disappointed. I’m sure there will be something and then some that you get from it.
